It was bad look at this dirty pillow I couldn’t sleep there i left i also found a lady from Scotland i think complaining about the same thing the pictures online are not real its not their hotel the worst experience ever first impression 0 zeroo

They gave us 3 rooms on the rooftop. No power for at least 2hrs. Keep saying 10mins time it will be restored.
Room was super cold with no heating
Water heater and power outlet in some rooms doesn't work.
Absolutely won't be back, and I suggest you look elsewhere. Gracious hotel nearby is good.
Breakfast was so so. They served late. Only chai was served.
Location of the hotel was in a back alley. Inconvenient. Path to reach was difficult to walk
Service. Absolutely horrendous. Nor helpful until we threaten to leave and demand refund. Then they changed the rooms.

We enjoyed our stay in this secure and quiet place.
Staff was helpful and accommodated our requests, they also provided clear directions about how to reach and check in. The place was clean, facilities and services delivered what they promised.

Awful, awful, awful! The rooms look nothing like the photos and do not match the description. Multiple hotel names across multiple booking apps not matching what is on the front of the hotel (Hotel Edission or something), making it very hard to find once you’re out of the taxi. One of the front desk staff at least tried to be helpful, the other actually screamed at me when I was checking out about their taxi service versus Uber. At that price I didn’t expect anything fantastic, but I didn’t expect a complete fabrication either. Awful.

I recently booked at what I can only describe as one of the worst hotels I've ever encountered. The experience was far from the pictures advertised online, which were clearly faked. The rooms looked nothing like the glossy images on the website. Instead, I was greeted with a musty, smelly room that was far from inviting.
To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Additionally, I discovered that this hotel is operating under multiple names, which is quite misleading. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure in unsuspecting travelers.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save your money and find a place that values its guests and provides the quality experience they promise!
