Location is good, close enough to town but in a quiet area for sleep. Room is clean and a good size, exactly what I would expect for the cost. Bed was comfortable and shower etc. were good. Reason for rating is wifi not working 1st day we were there, we reported it and staff siad they were fixing it. We gave up and slept, next day different staff member just used a different user and password and it worked. Day 2 room key didn't work, *** let us in the room and said he would bring a replacement key, he never did.

I stayed 2 nights. The hotel facilities weren't the best, but they were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good and the staffs in front desk(Pinky, Vijay, Pritilea) and in restaurant were friendly. I made a reservation with breakfast included, and the breakfast was good. If you are not very sensitive, I recommend it for the price.

The Hans looked central and a but classical online. I chose it for its location. Staff was pretty forthcoming, they let me check in early but the room they gave me wasn't the one I booked (it was smaller). After checking I was changed to a bigger one, the one I originally booked. In general the hotel is old, woodwork is worn, walls had many suitcases banged into them, towels washed too many times. Also windows need a deep clean. Delhi is a harsh city to run a hotel. Hotel is fine for a night or what but is in need of some TLC

Good location not far from Connaught Place, close to restaurants and bars and some historic areas. Only 1 restaurant in the hotel limits food choice. Breakfast is good and the staff friendly and courteous.

Good hotel with very attentive staff. The location is good, about 600m from the metro. The room is spacious although the facilities are not new. Anyway everything works fine. Hot and powerful shower, well-equipped bathroom. Cleanliness is good by the standards of the place. The breakfast was abundant, many dishes of Indian food but also with the option of continental breakfast. The staff very helpful.

Because of the visa relationship, the trip was not possible, and only a moderate evaluation can be given.

General things arent in the room in the arrival only they hv to set all the things before arrival..so many things are missing

The location is very convenient . All major sight seeing are nearby. The restaurant on premises is very convenient for food & drink .

Large room with comfortable bed, very basic furniture good enough for short stay. Could not find good restaurants around but a lot of street foods on Barakhamba Street toward Connought Circle. There are several money exchange offices around,

This is a wonderful hotel where all the staff are smiling and provide great service.

It's relatively well located for visiting the central part of New Delhi.

A little basic, but largely clean and comfortable, and in a good location.

Third grade property. Third grade staff. Worst is this hotel is situated at Caunaught place and at 11 pm the entire room service including dining closes and nothing is available. Horrible experience. I had to call food from out side restaurant though Swiggy. Worst place. Don't recommend anybody to go to this property.

It is rusty and old property with poorly lite rooms .Does not even look like a hotel . Not worth the price. Won’t recommend
