It is very conveniently located at the Campus. I can walk to any school buildings at any time. Staffs are friendly and nice! Service is basic.

Very nice hotel, located inside the Yale campus, with a nice environment and comfortable beds. But please note that this is not a hotel run by the university. When asked about school-related information (gym, cafeteria), they always don't know anything. Please make your own plans. There is no gym or parking lot. You have to park 5 minutes away on foot and it costs $17 a day.

Charming and super clean. Decor is delightful with clever details e.g., key card and memo pad and #2 pencil. Accoutrements are top notch. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall a really nice cozy stay.

Stayed a weekend at the Graduate Hotel with my boyfriend and we loved our stay. The aesthetic of the room/hotel is beautiful, everything was super clean, you have direct access to the bar downstairs via the elevator and all the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Huge plus that there are good restaurants/cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in New Haven.

Pleasantly surprised! Checked in-super friendly and helpful! Went to room and loved the decor! Fun, college interior-big room and big bathroom! Walked to Mediterranean restaurant for dinner-little sketchy neighborhood, but nothing too bad

Really enjoy this hotel. Staff is wonderful, rooms are very nice and there is great common spaces/lobby. Two suggestions - better reading chairs in rooms (they are not very comfortable) and better coffee/tea options in room. The instant coffee is not very good. But otherwise great.Significantly better rooms and space than The Study hotel next door.

This is a good place to stay. The one problem I had was the hotel's posting a giant virtue-signaling notice on the door about how it loves all genders, etc. Just not what I look for in a hotel.

Really really good. Only complaint is that there was just decaf coffee in the room. We bought coffee from Poindexters but also like to make coffee in the room before going downstairs. We love Graduate Hotels and tell everyone about them. We will even consider going a particular place just to go to a Graduate hotel. We love Kimptons too but Graduate is our new favorite. It would be nice if Graduatecoffered a “frequent guest” program. We received a complimentary bottle of wine we were not expecting.
