Constantly heard the elevator all night. The bed vibrated like the machine room was under neath it. You can tell that this was the room they sold on discount booking sites because it was in the corner by itself behind the elevators. If you get room 420 you know you got shafted. Slept like crap worst night sleep ever

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and common areas. The only reason I gave a 4/5 on facilities is because I don't think we should have had to pay $25 to park in the hotel parking garage!

My daughter and I had the wonderful experience while staying at the Canopy by Hilton New Orleans Downton from July 3 – 9, 2024 during the Essence Festival of Culture. I've been a Diamond Hilton Honors member for numerous years, and I feel honored to express the wonderful hospitality received at this Hilton property. Prior to our check-in I had the opportunity to speak with Dijon and Ms. La La regarding logistics. Their professionalism and willingness to assist in my inquiries were over and above my expectations. I had the opportunity to meet Dijon upon check-in and he welcomed my daughter and I as if we were family. He made a point to state to call him if there was anything that we needed to ensure our stay was great. The next morning, I met Ms. La La who remembered my call and we had the opportunity to greet one another each day until my stay. She recommended excursions and restaurants and was always very complimentary. Each day at breakfast I was greeted by either Felicia or Kenneth. I can truly say these two employees made a great start of the day while serving with a smile. During our check-out, I met Chris, the property manager, and I informed him about each of these employees and that each are truly an asset to the Hilton company and how much we enjoyed our stay at this property. We would definitely book the Canopy by Hilton NOLA again.

The hotel was very clean and located within in 5 minutes walking from Canal street and Bourbon. Check was friendly and quick our room was very cute and clean.

The hotel location is very convenient. You can go to the bus station within five minutes and go straight to the bus station. You can go to the airport for 2 dollars and take a bus around 20 minutes to the Mississippi Church and the French Quarter. Attention ⚠️ If I click on the church map provided by Ctrip.com, it will be taken to an old church far away and remote, instead of the church on the picture next to the Mississippi, I will be misled and pitted! !! Some areas are unsafe to avoid at night.

I loved the experience. It was right around the corner from everything (Bourbon St. Canal St. etc). Highly recommended.

This hotel is very close to the French quarter in New Orleans, a hotel with history and cultural connotations. Not only is the service attitude of the staff super good, but the experience of staying is also very good! I will definitely book this hotel again next time I go to New Orleans!

I just stayed at this hotel this week. We (wife and I) arrived early Sunday knowing we were not going to be able to check in as it was 11AM, so we went in to have the clerk hold our luggage as we went to eat lunch. The clerks name was Kyla/ Kylie, she was a ball of sunshine, she took our luggage and bent over backwards to try to help us. she was joined by Eric, he was also quite helpful. We proceeded down the street to lunch, upon coming back to the hotel at around 1330, The clerks seen us walk in and had a room ready for us. We were upgraded to a suite on the 14th floor and it was wonderful. They also remembered to give us water for being gold members, I felt special. We made our way upstairs to our room and it was quiet clean and well maintained. We loved the shower; as it had body jets, a regular shower head, and a rain shower head. the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were the perfect size and comfort for sleeping. The free breakfast was wonderful, the food was hot and fresh and the service from the food servers was awesome. All in all, This stay was a great experience as I felt that the people that worked here really liked their job and I felt appreciated as a customer. this was my second stay at this establishment in New Orleans. Because of the great experience; It will also be my next stay. The next time I return. If you going to New Orleans an need a great Hotel try it for yourself. Happy Travels!!

The overall property ratio of the hotel is good. Breakfast is included, and a double bed room is rented. There are electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, and a little tableware. It is suitable for a family of three and people who like to cook by themselves, but the bad thing is This type of room is not cleaned every day. It takes 5 days for free, and there is a fee for the rest. I only discovered this on the second day of my stay. The sofa seems to be bitten by bugs, and other hygiene is OK

Our stay was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Might be the nicest Courtyard we've ever visited. We have status with Marriott and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. We had excellent service and help from Shelita and Myia. Shelita went over and beyond to help ensure our room suited our needs and remembered us each time we walked by the front desk. We listened to the amazing jazz music at the Ritz which is connected to the hotel, highly recommend. The valet team was great too! Parking was valet only with the hotel and $49 per day. Conveniently located in the French Quarter and walking distance to many restaurants.
