In summary, the counter service staff have no professional training at all, and the reception method is extremely unpleasant! I have stayed many times around Xindian Bitan. This is the only time I have had such an unpleasant experience. The quality of the hardware and software is not worth the price paid! I hope Xindian New California View Hotel can pay attention to the opinions of tourists and improve it! !
