The hotel is in a good location, with several hotels nearby and dining is very convenient. There is a Walmart and a gas station across the street. When I first entered the room, I wiped the bedside table and basin with a disinfectant wipe. They were very clean and I felt very good. After washing my hands and drying them with a small towel, I found a long hair on my hands. I thought it was dropped by myself and didn't pay attention to it. When I wiped my hands at night, I found two more. The color was very light. I realized that they were Western hairs. I was immediately upset. Because of the language barrier, communication was not very convenient, so I endured it.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, everything was very good. We even received a special treat for our 25th wedding anniversary: a bottle of good white wine and a menu written in French... super nice... we didn't use the pool, no time... Breakfast was simple but effective, very good. We will definitely be back... thanks to the whole team...

It was very clean. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast was nice. The bathroom door handle fell off, and they immediately sent a maintenance man down who repaired it right away. Great place!

No hit water I had no hot water for my shower. Called front desk and she said oh yeah. We are having issues with water on those floors. They acted like it was no big deal.

Great local hotel Love this hotel I come to the area frequently for work and the service here is always terrific. They greet guests well and I love their thoughtfulness. They have activities for kids and always have little community events posted. You can tell people like working there.

You can hear everything outside your room. You even hear people walking in the room above you. The bathroom door is so heavy, you need two hands to open and close it. The vanity sink is so small, it’s built for kids.
