The elevator is terribly bad, no way to run if fire. The bed is great.

The room design is reasonable, with many tourist-friendly details. It's more convenient than expected. It's close to Times Square, and the shopping around is also very convenient. I'd like to stay again next time.

The hotel room is very big and busy. The bad thing is that the check-in time of the hotel is very slow. In addition, the housekeeper has been urging at the door because of the closing time, and it is very disturbing to knock on the door every ten minutes before check-out.

Only one of the three elevators can be used. It takes 30 minutes to go downstairs. I was almost late for checking out in the morning.

Great location, close to Times Square! But it's a bit scary at night. The room is spacious and okay. But if I had to point out a downside, the elevator was a bit slow.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the quality of the hotel exceeds expectations! New York's iconic buildings are within easy reach of Times Square, the world's most photographed square, and Chelsea Piers is also very convenient.
