"I came during the snowy season and had a lot of stuff, staying for half a month, so I chose a bigger room. The overall environment was very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, and the drainage worked perfectly. The room didn't have any new renovation smell either. The front desk and service staff were all very polite and would greet me when they saw me. The only thing I felt was lacking and could be improved is providing a freestanding clothes rack for long-term guests, especially if you're coming to ski in the winter, as clothes are thick and bulky. The two existing wall-mounted hooks offer limited space. Everything else was very satisfactory."

"I was surprised to find a Huazhu-owned hotel in Keketuhai! I ski in Keketuhai every year, and this stay was fantastic. The front desk thoughtfully upgraded my room, and the hotel provided fruit as soon as I entered, which immediately enhanced the experience. The room was spacious, well-soundproofed, and even had a rack for skis, which was a big plus for a ski enthusiast like me. The breakfast was also plentiful, including some local specialties. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the room temperature was perfectly warm. Housekeeping was always prompt with daily cleaning. The staff at the ski shop on the first floor were also very friendly, and there were washing machines and dryers available there too. The breakfast selection changed daily and tasted great; the freshly brewed coffee was also delicious. The front desk staff provided excellent service. They even helped me unpack my snowboard bag. They also had small essentials like band-aids available at the front desk, which was a thoughtful touch. When I checked out, I accidentally left something in the room, and the front desk agent quickly contacted me and helped arrange for it to be shipped, for which I'm very grateful! I'll definitely choose Hotel Mandi again if I come back to Coco Ski Resort! Highly recommend!"

The breakfast is also plentiful, and there's a ski resort shuttle bus right outside, so you can head straight up the mountain after breakfast. The hotel staff are all very friendly, especially Xiao Yi at the front desk, who helped with my luggage and delivered things—the owner should give her a bonus!"
