"This Grand Mercure hotel, part of the Accor group, was arguably the biggest surprise of our 26-year trip. I'd like to borrow from the comment section to handwrite a thank you letter to this hotel. As a hotel enthusiast, I highly recommend it, especially at the entry-level price of 400 RMB! **Service:** Regarding the service, after checking out, we realized my wife's right earring was missing only when we were on our way back to Ningbo. After informing the front desk, they helped us search for it twice, totaling nearly an hour. I want to thank the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and Manager Xu and his team from engineering. The engineering department even dismantled the bed the second time they searched but couldn't find it. Eventually, it was found in the drainpipe under the bathroom sink. The staff refused a 200 RMB red packet I offered, so I later ordered six bubble teas for everyone who helped us, and I'd like to express my gratitude again here! **Facilities:** Next, the hotel's design details truly surprised me. The room card is made of wood, giving it an antique charm and a warm feel – a stylish first impression of the hotel. The hotel lighting is fully smart; the curtains automatically open when you enter, which feels very ceremonial. At night, you simply press a button for various lighting levels instead of fumbling through multiple switches. The engineering details are also very thoughtful: the showerhead is encased to prevent it from falling on your feet, and toiletries have anti-backflow designs to prevent **(presumably 'spillage/contamination')**. The floor drain is invisible and drains quickly and cleanly. The luggage rack upon entry is spacious, and the toilet, shower room, and vanity area are all separated, with the toilet even having its own separate cubicle with a sink inside. The curtain wall glass is spotless, the night view is beautiful, and the soundproofing is excellent. **Hygiene:** The bedding was clean and white, free of hair or stains. The fixtures were clean and spotless. In summary, I hope the hotel management sees this review and gives internal commendations to the front desk and engineering staff who helped us that day. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tiantai."

"The stay experience was very satisfactory. The room was cleaned very meticulously, the corners were clean and refreshing, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep was very stable. The check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly, the staff responded promptly, and the service was intimate and proportional. "From the decor to the amenities to the service, it's clear the owner has excellent taste. Speaking of service, I must mention our butler, Mr. Jiang Xin. I specifically asked for his name before leaving, as he didn't seem to expect guests to write positive reviews like many hotel staff do. From check-in, he waited for us in the parking lot under the 35-degree sun, carefully covering my car with a heat shield. Since we arrived late in the afternoon, he even kindly asked the staff to heat up some braised pork for afternoon tea. He enthusiastically showed us around the entire hotel, reserving the best viewpoints for us, and even providing a sweet bedtime soup… Another hotel has been added to my list: Yu Zizai!"

"Tiantai is a sacred place for Buddhism and Taoism, with beautiful mountains and rivers, which is why I visit every year to pay homage and enjoy the scenery. This time, I specifically chose a place closer to Guoqing Temple and found this newly opened guesthouse. Upon arrival, it was exactly as pictured – bright and spotless. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Just a short walk down from the guesthouse are fields, and it happened to be rapeseed flower season, which was a feast for the eyes, with the Sui Pagoda nestled among them. The guesthouse's location is excellent, just a seven or eight-minute walk to the temple, making it super convenient and a great experience!"

Stayed in so many homestays, this is the first time I feel that ”clean” is not an adjective, but a standard that can be felt in real terms. Every detail can stand scrutiny. The bedding smells of sunshine, the bathroom is spotless, and the cups and tableware are as bright as new. It can be seen that the boss is really careful in hygiene. The cleaning linen is done by the boss himself. There is no outsourcing. The key is that the clean environment is not deliberate at all, but it makes people feel natural and relaxed.
