I stayed two nights, and it was never cleaned, leaving it for the next guest. 3. The room design is impractical. Too many mirrors in the bedroom, and the lighting is too dim. There's no bright mode. 4. Breakfast was too simple, with limited variety. Summary: It's acceptable for over 1000 a night. However, at its regular price, it doesn't offer much advantage compared to hotels in the same price range.

Regarding service, we booked a family room, but there were no children's toiletries. I asked the front desk for them, and an hour later, they still hadn't arrived! During check-in, we were asked to add them on WeChat and provide our license plate number. After we did, there was no response, and we couldn't get out the next day.
