GGuest UserThe room was reasonably clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The washing machine and balcony on the fourth floor were free for use. There's no elevator, but the owner will help bring them up if needed. The food is quite good, ignoring the sweet tastes of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. Reservations are required. Breakfast is also quite plentiful, freshly prepared by the hostess. The hostess enjoys singing, and the equipment is at your disposal. Tahou Village is home to a large B&B complex, well-maintained by the government. There's a beautiful lotus field at the entrance. The hostess also offers a selection of clothing, but unfortunately, I didn't need to take photos.

GGuest UserAs its name suggests, the Ru Ni Suo Yuan B&B next to Guoqing Temple is unforgettable! Choosing this B&B was the luckiest thing on my trip to Tiantai Mountain! The location is truly superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Guoqing Temple gate. In the morning, I walked through the mist to the ancient temple to hear the bells, and in the evening, I leisurely returned along the rice paddy paths, surrounded by soothing pastoral scenery. Transportation was completely hassle-free. The B&B has a Hui-style architectural feel, with a clean and tidy courtyard. Potted plants laden with bright red persimmons adorn the veranda, and there's a tea table and parasols in the courtyard. Brewing a pot of tea and feeling the breeze instantly washes away travel fatigue. The rooms were surprisingly clean, with soft, skin-friendly bedding, a odor-free bathroom, and a strong, warm shower. The facilities were comprehensive, even the toiletries were thoughtfully designed. Best of all, the owner and his family were incredibly kind and patient. The young, handsome owner, a Gen Z guy, was warm and considerate, always putting the guests first. The pick-up and drop-off service was impeccable – a huge thumbs up! And the breakfast deserves special mention! The freshly pan-fried dumpling rolls are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, along with meat buns, sweet potato buns, taro buns, and Tiantai-style ”hu la tai” (a type of rice noodle soup), as well as soft and sticky rice porridge with various side dishes. Every morning, a different menu is prepared for guests, all with homely, fresh, and delicious flavors—more satisfying than restaurants. I stayed here for several nights; there was no city hustle and bustle, only the tranquility of the mountains and the warmth of family. Whether you come for the Zen-like atmosphere of Guoqing Temple or want to escape the city and relax, this guesthouse is definitely worth a visit! I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tiantai Mountain!

GGuest UserI have played in Tiantai Mountain for three consecutive years, and I have lived in Lexing Huaju twice. The last time I stayed at this homestay was 24 years. I personally felt that the second floor of the 24-year stay was still cost-effective. The hotel I stayed in for 25 years, the room I saw in the hair before I came this year was upgraded, and I decisively continued to choose this. I lived on the 4th floor this time, and I still like this decoration very much. The bed was very comfortable and I slept for two nights.
One of the advantages of the homestay for me is that it is more convenient to go anywhere. It is that you want to go to Guoqing Temple and walk there, and then it is very convenient and not far from the high-speed rail station, Chicheng Mountain, Tongbai Palace, Qiongtai Xiangu.
This time I talked to the aunt of the hotel and talked about the last time I lived in the vicinity of not so many homestays in the past 24 years. This time I came to live in a homestay, and there were many new homestays nearby. But I still like it very much. I should stay again next time I come to the rooftop.
Because the breakfast made by my aunt is really healthy and delicious! ! !
Seeing that the follow-up homestay will be renamed, I think the new name and the current temperament of the homestay are also very suitable. I wish the homestay business is booming and meet more people who like it, and can spend a relaxing and happy time on the rooftop.

The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, great water pressure, new facilities, and excellent soundproofing. The rooftop waterfall is visible from the window. The guesthouse has charging stations, which is a big plus. It has its own parking lot and a courtyard. The breakfast is quite plentiful, and the owner even cooked dinner when we arrived. The price is very reasonable, and we even went to karaoke. It felt like coming home. The couple is so nice. I'll definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserIts a large complex. Lots of walking to and from things. But it still maintains charm. The rooms and materials, I found excellent. The hot spring section is nice place to hangout in the cool mountain air evenings. Hot springs don’t go above 38 Celsius though which was a bit disappointing, but still a good experience. I appreciated the late checkout at 2pm. The breakfast is a loud and rowdy affair. OK food. Walking distance to Guoqing Temple which was a great visit, although crowded like everything in China. O

XXiakexingThe hotel's ambiance is a major plus. Firstly, its location is excellent, right next to Guoqing Temple. Secondly, the exterior is aesthetically pleasing, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby's decor is also quite artistic and tasteful.
As for facilities, the breakfast restaurant on the third floor offers a great selection. On the first floor, there's a vegetarian noodle shop and a popular 'influencer' coffee shop.
The service stands out with many activities available. I participated in the Guoqing Temple exploration, which was very rewarding. The Yijinjing exercise class was also good, and they even offered complimentary congee in the evening.

GGuest UserI'd heard so much about this place, so I specifically saved a voucher to use for my birthday stay.
Before coming, I'd seen a lot of negative reviews, saying it's quite different from Hoshino Resorts in Japan. But after experiencing it myself, I actually really liked it here.
The hotel is located on the mountainside, with no particularly developed commercial areas nearby. And since it was off-season, it was very sparsely populated. Some might find this inconvenient, but for me, it was exactly what I was looking for – I love this kind of tranquility.
Tiantai Mountain itself is truly beautiful and spiritual. We happened to encounter snow on both days of our stay, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning, like a fairyland. Time itself seemed to slow down. Lighting an aromatherapy diffuser in the room made me feel completely refreshed.
Breakfast is now buffet style, which I think is great as it offers more freedom. Although the selection isn't huge, there are some unique local specialties. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, opting instead for a farmhouse restaurant within walking distance. It was more affordable than the hotel and allowed us to try local dishes.
The hotel's service was also better than expected, perhaps thanks to the off-season? Before check-in, our butler had already added me on WeChat and provided hotel information. Knowing we were driving, they even offered suggested routes. In short, we received thoughtful service from check-in to departure. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel greeted us with a smile, bringing warmth during this cold winter.
I hope the hotel continues to maintain its standards and keeps up the good work!
