"This is my third time visiting a Senbo resort, and my 'nth' stay overall. The facilities here are probably the best I've encountered. The breakfast, as always, was excellent, and the outdoor playground is fantastic. Even though two of the attractions weren't suitable for my kids, they went on the human-powered raft ride at least 20 times! The service was also great, with very enthusiastic staff. Our butler, DouNai, provided excellent service throughout our stay, making for a truly wonderful vacation experience. The only downsides are that the location isn't very convenient unless you're driving, and the common areas had a noticeable smell, though our room was much better and came with an air purifier."

"I booked this hotel because it was newly opened, but I was a bit disappointed. 1. There was no phone in the room, so I had to find the number on my phone to call the front desk. 2. The hotel elevator was very dirty, even worse than a hostel elevator. They don't have dedicated elevators. 3. The door lock in the room was difficult to open if you accidentally locked it, which was inconvenient. 4. There were no slippers in the room.
