"The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Giza Pyramids, and you can enjoy meals with a view of the pyramids from the rooftop restaurant. The room facilities are good and very clean. There are a few parking spaces available downstairs. The front desk staff are helpful and proactive in resolving issues. However, the common areas are very dirty and the facilities are poorly maintained. The surrounding environment is also quite messy and unkempt. Breakfast service can be slow, and you often need to remind them."

"The room is clean and spacious. The air conditioning works well, providing a welcome relief from the scorching heat outside. The shower also works perfectly. There's a cafe on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids. I only ordered a drink, but the menu seemed to offer a wide variety of food options. Even though most places in Egypt charge 'tourist prices,' the drinks at this cafe were excellent value for money, both in terms of taste and price. I think this cafe would satisfy even European visitors."

"We rented this hotel for three nights and paid 9,600. We checked in late. We got room 409. We walked in and saw the glowing pyramids behind the curtains!!! Super, we're so happy! After reading reviews of other hotels, both positive and negative, we were worried they'd put us in the Staff Only room... but everything went well! The beds are large and comfortable, with orthopedic pillows. All the furniture is clean and new. The room is pleasant. On the downside, it's important to dust before guests arrive. The floor in the room was a bit dirty, the balcony was covered in dust... Breakfast isn't a buffet, but a set menu. Edible. Again, with a view of the pyramids (but they don't like to clean the windows – we've already figured that out). And the fact that people smoke everywhere is not pleasant. The room itself isn't smoky, but during breakfast, the staff were smoking right in the cooking area ((((... it smelled unpleasant. For those planning to come to this hotel and look for somewhere to eat, there's a very nice restaurant near the main entrance (a couple of shops to the right of the entrance) (the name is written in green letters) - very clean, tasty, and filling. BUT THE MENU PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE VAT AND THEY CHARGE A 12% SERVICE CHARGE. The view of the pyramids from the room was better than the view from the observation deck of the new museum. By the way, the museum is one way from the hotel, and the pyramids are the other way, so they're about the same distance. A taxi costs 60-75 pounds, or Uber. Videos can't be uploaded here. There are no separate photos of the room. But in real life, everything was just like in the profile photo."

"Facilities: This independent boutique hotel has a full range of amenities. The small elevator requires you to open the door yourself. The ethnic-style decor is very distinctive. There's USB charging, and suites have an extra bathtub. The only minor drawback is the three steps between the bathroom and the bedroom, so you need to be careful when getting up at night. Cleanliness: It hasn't been open long and is still very well-maintained. Environment: The rooms facing the pyramids are indeed pyramid-view rooms, feeling incredibly close. You're practically at the attraction, just past Mena Palace. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could see them very clearly. It's very close to the attractions and museums by taxi, but sometimes it's so close that drivers are less inclined to take the fare. Being in the Giza area, there aren't many dining and shopping options, and there's a lot of construction going on, so it's a bit chaotic outside. However, once inside the hotel, it's fine and relatively quiet. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, where there's also a pool. Service: As a small hotel, the service is exceptionally warm. From the doorman to breakfast, they'll help hail taxis, and assist with luggage storage and retrieval. They freshly prepare ethnic-style dishes for breakfast, offering very personalized service."

"A very beautiful and peaceful place, and it's not my first time here. It has one of the best views and is close to everything. The owners, especially Mr. Ali El-Badawi, are very helpful. It's also a safe place with cameras everywhere. I've attached a photo of the view."

"This is the perfect place with the absolute best view of the pyramids. The room is small, but it has a large balcony with the best view in the world. The traditional breakfasts are plentiful and very delicious. The staff is extremely helpful. The owner came to each guest during breakfast and chatted with them. These guys provide top-notch service. Breakfasts are served on an amazing rooftop veranda with incredible music. We had tears in our eyes from the beauty and atmosphere. I 100% recommend it. There's a 24-hour front desk, hot water, AC for both cooling and heating, a kettle, fridge, hairdryer, and TV. It's quiet all around. The beds are comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. Nearby, there's a shop with chips, water, and wine. It felt perfectly safe to walk there. The floor in the room was a bit dusty, but we wore slippers. This hotel is ideal for Giza. If I ever come back, it will definitely be here."

"The young staff at the hotel are very respectful, especially Fares and Ramadan, and everyone else. The downside: the treatment from Madam Mayada. She doesn't understand online payments, troubles the customer, leaves them waiting, and refuses them entry to the room even though she saw the payment for the website. She's ignorant about handling online payments, so my advice is never to pay online, because they are unfamiliar with the app payment system and won't respect you unless you pay on-site. If they have to, they'll kick you out. A man came to our room threatening us with the tourism police, even though we had already paid."
