during a 40-day stay in the hotel, our room was not cleaned even once, not to mention that someone asked us if we needed new towels, sheets, and we bought the toilet paper ourselves! The service is not bad, it is lacking at all, this hotel lacks any kind of management Towels scattered in the corridors, strollers left for days, and in the event of a fire, exiting the corridors would be more than difficult! Generally speaking, if pets were not allowed in the hotel, I would not stay even 5 minutes there for anything in the world!

Sanjay on the front desk is an absolute star. Always friendly, always helpful, nothing is ever a problem. Hotel itself is pretty decent, fairly well looked after. Rooms are clean and tidy, parking fairly well managed. Definitely a good spot to stay.

I only stayed for one night, . .it was easy to find, . .just off the M4, . . it was good value for money, . .really clean & comfortable room , , the reception staff were friendly & helpful, . . (Sanjay) . . i accidently left my phone in the room, . .i called the Travelodge on my friends phone, . .& spoke to Sanjay, . .who went & checked the room, . .& found my phone, . .& was kind enough to look after it until my return, . .top marks, . . I would definitely stay again, . .

All clean, tidy and quiet. Parking is easy and plentiful. The receptionist gave me a nice welcome, which is always good!

Extremely enjoyable stay at Chieveley Travelodge. Neat and clean bed and bathroom. Spacious for luggage as most of the hotel has no space for luggage. Receptionist was also well mannered and polite. Free car park nowadays is always a surprise.

Known for its affordability and convenience, Travelodge provided a clean and comfortable stay with excellent customer service. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, thanks to Sanjay at reception, who was extremely polite and helpful. He greeted me warmly and ensured that everything was in order for my stay. His friendly attitude made a great first impression. My room was clean and cozy, equipped with a comfortable bed, fresh linens, a TV, tea/coffee facilities.The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure in the shower. Despite being near a busy area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.
