Great location though a bit of noise audible from the bars around at night. This did seem to ease off after midnight however. Room itself nice and clean, bathroom very nice. The breakfast is just ok but can’t complain if included at the price. Overall would recommend.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep, otherwise rest was good.
Need more varieties for vegetarians in breakfast.

Perfect location to explore the city, literally opposite the train station and metro for easy access to travel options but despite the nightlife, no noise from revellers and got a good night's sleep. Great views across the city, staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was spot on. Would absolutely stay again. The only negative was that one of the two lifts was out of order so you were stood waiting a while if you're on a high floor or couldn't manage the stairs.

We really enjoyed the stay at Hampton by Hilton Newcastle. Staff and service were very good. The location was perfect for the railway station. We would recommend the hotel

Fantastic location directly opposite the central station. Great access to the town centre. Clean and spacious rooms with all the main amenities. Good free buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for any future Newcastle stay.
