Wow. This hotel was actually better than han I had anticipated.
It's great value.
Rooms are a good size and staff is so helpful.
Also the location is so close to shops and restaurants.

Excellent accommodation! Especially with a short minute walk to St James's Park. This was my 3rd time travelling to Newcastle and I've stayed with the Premier Inn all 3 times

Nice stay, easy check-in and check out. Friendly staff. Room was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable and gave a good nights sleep. The breakfast offering in the morning was large and the food was good at a reasonable price. Not too far a walk from the railway station and close to the Metro. Easy acces to city and all of it's facilities.

I have stayed at premier inn many times and loved it every time. This time for a change we stayed in a premier premium plus room and honestly I don’t think it was worth the extra. I found myself looking around the room to see where the ‘premium’ part was, a free bottle of water? Some art work that makes no difference to my stay? Our room was clean, tidy and had the same comfort as any other premier inn room? We had toiletries provided in the bathroom but most bottles were empty or almost empty. Shower gel being provided is pretty standard in every hotel room of other chains, it doesn’t scream premium to me. Although an enjoyable stay I would not personally pay for the upgrade again and just felt ripped off. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, friendly and welcoming and the breakfast very nice. Just save your money and book standard.

Stayed here before it's really good central to eveything, the room was fine, clean and tidy, staff were nice and nothing was a problem, breakfast was fine ( there is only so much you can eat in a buffet )
