They have a good bathroom, which is clean and tidy. Although the view is not very good, the price is friendly , definitely will book again if I travel to Newcastle

It's clean and convenient. good value for money. Highly recommend for solo travelling. Do forget to bring your own water.

Staff were absolutely brilliant they rescheduled my booking I was able to call back with a few different dates until I found a suitable one , the only negative was , the hairdryer didn’t work we had a bit of hassle with the tv remote had to have it changed twice , and had noisy upstairs neighbours , but apart from that couldn’t fault it , really comfortable bed , although there was no chair in the room it is an accessible room but with two people we had to sit on the bed it would not have been comfortable for anyone with posture issues

Staff was OK but the room this time I got it very very small, the bed also quite small. No kettle, no free tea, milk or coffee provided, no bar downstairs but the toilet in the room is very clean and very big . Overall it still a good trip

Service was great, only issue was a lot of noise in the corridors, not much soundproofing within the room and within the hotel. Water pressure was not the best and tap went from scalding to cold very quickly without touching anything. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
