it's new and clean but unfortunately there is no elevator

Location is perfect, just out of the busy areas with amazing views. Hotel is situated between 2 bays, Porth and Watergate, you can walk to both which we did and you can hire surf gear at Watergate. We had a large studio which had everything we needed for our trip and was big enough for a family of 4, we were surprised the Bunk room was actually a proper bedroom with bunk beds. Swimming pool and other facilities cannot be faulted for cleanliness and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend the jacuzzi for watching the sunset. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and enthusiastic.

It’s been open since October 24. On paternal it’s not a sight from the outside. The internal refurb is funky and fresh. There was plenty of parking. The apartrooms were well laid out, tastefully decorated. The lighting wasn’t considered. My wife struggled to apply make up due to the lack of lighting. The views were stunning, you pay for the ocean view. The windows aren’t one way so the walkers on the path can see in. The staff were ok, they didn’t seem happy to be the or to engage. Check in is late at 4pm check out is early at 10. I asked about late check out, I was informed that they were too busy. Looked very quiet the next morning with guests checking out past the stated 10am, confused as to why I couldn’t. The breakfast was reasonable. My family and friends used the pool which was ok. Receiving a WhatsApp to ask me to take the rubbish out to the bin at the end of the car park was not what I’d called hotel experience. It didn’t blow me away for the money I must say.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need for a family stay. Super clean apartment. The freedom of ordering in food, eating in the restaurant or cooking yourself. The pool is to die for and plenty of facilities to keep the family busy. On the coast path and bus route and walking distance to the beach. Would stay again.

Lovely self catering apart hotel with amazing sea views and excellent facilities. The bunk room was great for a family so we could enjoy our evening after putting our son to bed. Kitchen catered well and bathroom lovely with powerful shower and whole studio was spotless. Swimming pool great with brilliant changing facilities for a family with a shower. Cafe for breakfast was also lovely and the pastries were yummy. We will be back.

A great place to stay! We booked the special offer £50 room for a night for hubbys birthday. The whole place has a really relaxed vibe, it’s super clean and tidy, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There’s nothing to not like about this place. Thank you all for a great stay!

A great place to visit that is dog friendly and wonderfully positioned near some fabulous coves and beaches. Great amenities including a lovely pool and jacuzzi. We visited in November ,where Newquay is a lot quieter but still as beautiful! The accommodation was perfectly equipped and super clean. Next time I would book a seafacing larger room instead of a studio but as we were only visiting one night the studio was perfectly equipped. Lovely cafe and bar on site. I used the pool and jacuzzi at adults only 7pm-9pm and had it to myself! Would 100% visit again!

Spacious accommodation for the whole family to enjoy! Stunning sunsets in a glorious setting. We spent a couple of night in a Large apartment - ample space for us to find our personal nook and simply relax. One watching TV, one doing homework and me, a glass of wine, watching the sunset over Porth and Newquay. Bliss!

We were lucky to get a locals deal to checkout this magnificent new refurbished space. I loved the decor, the team, the room space the public spaces and the pool. The view from the room was spectacular. The welcome to locals was warm and appreciated. I find myself really rooting for this to be a huge success and looking forward to dropping in for a visit to the bar or cafe.

Have stayed here twice now. The pool and gym are both great. The rooms are great and there is a good selection of drinks at the bar and the food is tasty. Unfortunately on our last visit during the weekend of the 9th we had breakfast on the Sunday and the young lady that was serving us couldn’t have been more unenthusiastic, absolutely nothing about her gave us the impression she wanted to be there or wanted to serve us. Such a shame.

Sea space was such a lovely base for our Cornish getaway we booked again before we left. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and the space itself is bright and vibrant. Accommodation was generous and comfortable for our family of four even with a teen and a preteen. No scrimping on space in the large studio. The kitchenette was well appointed with everything we needed to cater for the family and the little dining area overlooking the sea was very cute. The leisure facilities were lovely and enjoyed by us all, next time we will aim to check in a little earlier so we can give the games room some time too!

We have had two fantastic long term stays at SeaSpace recently whilst relocating. I would highly recommend booking SeaSpace. The staff are excellent, facilities are perfect for lots of different types of guest. The stay was especially good for us to make use of the wellness facilities, gym and pool! The gym, pool and classes are superb! Since opening the whole place has become very popular with locals and guests, and I'm sure they will be extremely busy now. Even when fully booked the facilities are very spacious with great outdoor areas, making for a relaxing environment. We have stayed during two school holidays and it was a very relaxed space. I have recommended to several family and friends who have since stayed and also loved their experience. Location is perfect, and the whole set up is just great, thank you.

Such a wonderful stay here! Brilliant location with 3 beaches under 30 minutes walk. Lovely pool and great gym compared to the usual. Cage was delicious and lovely coffee and pastries! Easy parking and room was very well equipped. Friendly staff. We stayed out of school holidays so everything was very peaceful and quiet.
