It’s good

This hotel is old. The bedroom 7015 needs refurbished. The WiFi is weak. The bathroom is very dated. At evenings insects, small cockroaches, can be found in the bathroom. However, the restaurant is good and the hotel is in walking distance of downtown Davao.

The staff are appreciable and the hotel services are good. The place is relaxing and it’s good for family bonding as well.

Great value for money. If you’ve time go to the D’Bone Collector Museum nearby. The breakfast is very good.

Dated hotel but nice lobby and staff Pool bartender needs basic mixology knowledge. Most cocktail/spirits offerings unavailable due to unstocked brands and spirit categories offered on menu .

If you like to stroll and walk like us, this is the hotel to stay. It is situated in close proximity to all the must see places in Davao City: People's Park, San Pedro Cathedral, Roxas Night Market, Magsaysay Park, etc. The hotel is beautiful with a grand lobby. However the floor hallways do not have a/c and the room carpets need some TLC. Also the bed configuration was quite weird as it was situated close to the wall that made access hard from one side. Our room had a tub/shower and plenty amenities. Our 1st day the refrigerator was not working, which was replaced. WIFI was spotty but TV reception was good. Breakfast buffet was very good and the service was warm and genuine. We felt safe staying at this hotel.

The hotel is located in the bustling city center with convenient transportation. The hotel management is professional and can patiently handle customer needs. In terms of service: Improve service details, such as airport pick-up and drop-off services, and fruit plate delivery services. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic. When in Davao, you must eat durian and tuna! This hotel is a bit old!

This was my second stay, and I felt very comfortable with the attentiveness of the staff at the front desk and restaurant. The price for one night is also reasonable. Both breakfast and lunch were buffets, so I was able to eat whatever I wanted and was satisfied.

The staff were good and the experience was relaxing. The hotel is near on malls and tourist spot. Thank you so much! Looking forward for my next travel and staycation with you.

The building looked old and seemed to be rattling everywhere. The customer service staff were always smiling and very kind. Also, the air conditioner was overly effective and it was cold.

They messed up badly; Night one the phone kept ringing while my wife was trying to sleep and when she didn't answer they came to the door and tried to open scaring immensely. 3rd night they insisted it was only booked 3 nights and kept bothering her so she had to get out of her sick bed to down to handle it at reception and show them the document showing 4 Nights booked. Overall we would Not recommend this hotel at this point until they upgrade their customer service.
