Sheraton Niagara Falls - Photo Gallery

Hotel is old and outdated. They charged additional approx $10 daily for amenities like wifi & pool which are free for most of the hotels now! No toothbrush, no slipper, no hot water etc. Location is good, minutes walk to state park and rainbow bridge.

It was a great stay, hotel location is great, near to the falls. Room was big and looks like recently renovated, so all clean and nice. There are multiple restaurants and gaming arcades in the building. Couldn’t ask for more

The room size is good, the hygiene is OK, and the breakfast in the executive lounge is nice. The hotel is very close to the waterfall, about a 5-minute walk, and opposite is a small ** with Koi

The hotel is located 7-8 minutes walk from the waterfall. The bathroom shower faucet was tight and couldn't be opened. The front desk responded quickly and someone came to fix it. It's just that it's old and the switch is not so smooth.

It's close to Niagara Falls State Park (not visible from the accommodation, but all American hotels are like that). The pool is well-maintained, so it's good to go with kids. However, the accommodation's soundproofing isn't that good.

The hotel is in a great location, less than ten minutes' walk to the Great Falls Park. I also stayed at the ** Hotel opposite for one night. In comparison, the Sheraton bathroom was slightly smaller and the facilities were slightly older, but the front desk staff was very nice when I checked in.
