A lovely and clean accommodation. Staff are very attentive and welcoming. I checked in quite late and the staff was very supportive until I settled in. I’ll stay again if I find myself in Nice.

the hotel staff attacked my Mom and swore dirty words, this is a very dangerous hotel, dirty inside and there are cockroaches, the room stinks of rotten fish, the most disgusting impression was left

Roaches, electronic locks open on their own or someone remotely opens them. Staff is uncooperative. Hot water went out. Fridge does not work right. Too many things to list

Excellent value for the price. Super clean room, all new. Martin, receptionist was extremely helpfull and nice uppon our late arrival.

We liked the newness and condition of property. We believe we got the very lowest price because of the no air conditioning season. We had to open the windows because it was very warm. It was very noisy with road traffic, we closed the windows later the room was cooler.

New hotel a stone's throw from the Nice stadium. Limited comfort (basic room) but very good condition and quality service (friendliness at reception, speed of check-in, fast food 24/7).
Bedding a little hard for my taste but in very good condition.
