"Good Hotel in an excellent location for the railway station and main shipping area, although a good walk from the sea front the walk to the front was doable. Service was fine, the room could have been cleaner eg. Skirting boards and lamp needed a good dusting as well as the wall above the tv.  Bathroom was clean and towels changed daily which was excellent. Breakfast was good although you needed to be early for the best selection as fruit etc. was not replenished after 9:30am Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"Check in took a while as the receptionist was busy on the phone. Room is clean and functional. Roommates all very quite and respectful. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Good location 5 mins from Centre Ville train station and 15 mins walk from Jean Medecin tram station. Nice lounge to chill at."

"I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price! The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town. My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!"

"A nice ”old chic” hotel with its own charm. Beautiful decoration, loved the Art Nouveau windows and my window with the view of the citrus garden! A very good location, close to the Promenade des Anglais, the town centre, the Old Nice, the cakes, etc. Good price for me."

"The tall slim male receptionist is amazingly friendly and he recommended and advice us not to deive to Cannes. He is absolutely right we did save a lot of time in traffic and the train ride is scenic and convenient. The restaurant he recommended is super reasonable and delicious. The room is aircon - good for us as we cannot survive without it. Room is small for 2 person and do not have space to open 2 luggages. We were given 405 which elevator lands on level 3 only. He helped us carried our luggages to the flight of stairs.. Parking is safe in their private garage and price reasonable for 28euros per night. The lobby and outdoor sitting is so cosy and breezy at night. Recommended to stay."

"Location is good for public transportation to tram, train and bus. 10 munite to the Nice port. My room is 2nd floor (actually 3 fl in other country), no noisy. Staff are very kind. I don't have a meal there. But amenities are just liquid soap n shampoo. You have to bring your own amenities."
