Hotel du Pin Nice Port

Hotel du Pin Nice Port

📍 6, rue emmanuel Philibert, Pl. du Pin, Nice
★★★ 8.8 (217 reviews)

"The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a five-minute walk away. However, the room's cleanliness was below average, as there was mold present, particularly in the shower and near the air conditioning vent. Additionally, I found the housekeeping staff's timing to be intrusive; despite check-out being at 12 PM, a staff member knocked on my door at 10 AM on my check-out day, which was quite disruptive."

Westminster Hotel & Spa Nice

Westminster Hotel & Spa Nice

📍 27 Prom. des Anglais, Nice
★★★★ 8.7 (179 reviews)

"Excellent hotel with a fantastic location."

Crowne Plaza NICE - GRAND ARENAS by IHG

Crowne Plaza NICE - GRAND ARENAS by IHG

📍 Rue Costes et Bellonte, Nice
★★★★ 9.2 (93 reviews)

"The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop."

Novotel Nice Arénas Aéroport

Novotel Nice Arénas Aéroport

📍 455 Prom. des Anglais, Nice
★★★★ 8.5 (137 reviews)

"In the morning, I stayed overnight temporarily in order to catch the train. It was better than I expected. The front desk service was friendly. You can ask the front desk for toothbrushes. The hotel is right by the sea, and it's nice to see the sea view."

Residhome Nice Aéroport

Residhome Nice Aéroport

📍 455 Prom. des Anglais, Nice
★★★ 8.7 (255 reviews)

"Visited in May '26 and had a great experience. I was a bit worried after reading older reviews, but it seems those might have been outdated. The hotel's hygiene is now very good, and the front desk staff were fine. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport and a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for travel to nearby cities. It was especially handy during the May Day bus strike! The only downside is that shopping isn't very convenient. The hotel also has a laundry room with Miele washers and dryers that looked quite clean, available for a fee."

Hotel 66 Nice

Hotel 66 Nice

📍 6 Rue de Belgique, Nice
★★★★ 9.3 (211 reviews)

"I was so surprised to find a hotel in France that offers free tissues, disposable slippers, unlimited bottled water, and hot coffee! It's super close to the train station, just around the corner, which is perfect if you're planning to visit Monaco or other nearby places. The hotel breakfast was also delicious; every little pastry was perfectly crispy, and the yogurt was great. The only downside is that it can get noisy at night if your room faces the street, so it's not ideal if you're an early sleeper. Also, be aware that they require a deposit upon check-in, and you can only pay by credit card – no cash or Apple Pay. Finally, Trip.com customer service was excellent 👍"

Albert 1er

Albert 1er

📍 4 Av. Max Gallo, Nice
★★★★ 8.9 (125 reviews)

"We stayed at Hotel Albert 1er for six nights in June 2026. The location is excellent — close to the beach and an easy base for exploring, if a moderate walk from Nice-Ville station. On that front, I’d happily stay in the same area again. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short. The lift was out of service on arrival, and the lobby was under refurbishment for the duration — neither of which we’d been told about beforehand. Access was via a temporary side entrance surrounded by hoarding. The room was the bigger issue. Street noise was loud enough to disrupt sleep, the bathroom had no ventilation and steamed up within a minute, and the shower base leaked, leaving the floor permanently wet. We reported the leak on day one and were told it would be fixed the next day; it never was. The room also lacked basics we’d expect at this price — no coffee facilities, robes, or adequate storage — and the sink drained poorly and had loose, failing caulking. The TVs blocked streaming apps, and satellite channels were French-only with no subtitles. Breakfast didn’t justify the cost: buffet-only with no table service, and food quality was poor — the scrambled eggs left both of us feeling unwell, and we found hair on the pastries one morning. The staff were pleasant throughout. But the overall experience felt like a hotel refurbished to a budget rather than to its guests’ benefit — noticeably below the standard of every other hotel we stayed at along the Riviera. On value, I couldn’t recommend it, and there are plenty of better-run options nearby."

B&B Hotel Nice Aéroport Arenas

B&B Hotel Nice Aéroport Arenas

📍 108 Bd René Cassin, Nice
★★★ 8.5 (180 reviews)

In the Arenas airport district, this B&B hotel suits flights, tram links, and simple stays near the Promenade des Anglais.

Hotel-Restaurant Isidore Nice Ouest

Hotel-Restaurant Isidore Nice Ouest

📍 27 Av. Auguste Verola, Nice
★★★ 8.8 (225 reviews)

"The hotel is conveniently located right at the last stop of tram line 3 (direction Isidore, see photo 3). After getting off, it's less than a minute's walk to your left. It's also a short ride to Promenade des Anglais; I recommend getting off at Ferber station, where there's a large supermarket nearby and you can even watch planes flying over the sea. The front desk staff were all very friendly. During my 6-day stay, the room was cleaned daily. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was cool, clean, and odor-free. Breakfast was delicious! The first day had chicken with potatoes, but it wasn't offered again for the remaining 5 days, which was a bit disappointing 😭. If you're planning to visit the towns around Nice, get off at the Arenas station (I think that's the name, I can't quite recall), and across from it, there's a train station that goes directly to various towns, making transportation very convenient. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's excellent value for money, especially during peak season. Nice is incredibly beautiful, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Great location and attentive service! The complimentary 24/7 coffee bar is a really nice touch. However, the ground floor room is next to the neighbors' backyard, so it can get a bit noisy at night."

B&B Hotel Nice Aéroport Arenas ★★★
"Good hotel close to nice airport. Location is what makes it being close to train station so quick to Monaco and Nice. Great to take a lime bike straight from outside the hotel down the promenade into central nice down the dedicated cycle path. Breakfast is expensive and no cleaning in multi night stays are drawbacks."
