"The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, but the hotel's elevator was really small. Our family had three suitcases, and the elevator could only fit the three suitcases and one person, so the rest of us had to take the stairs. Luckily, we were on the second floor, so it wasn't too bad. The soundproofing in the hotel was average; we could clearly hear someone snoring next door. There were some stains on the bed sheets, but otherwise everything was fine. The room was quite spacious, and we could spread out all three suitcases. The mini-bar was free, with two cokes and one juice, but we only got it on the first night of our three-night stay. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Nice Ville station and the beach, and there's a pretty big supermarket nearby, making shopping very convenient."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the old town by the sea or the train station, and it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is not very large, and it feels like the standard of a domestic express hotel. Fortunately, it is clean and tidy. You can eat and drink in the restaurant on the first floor."

"The hotel is relatively new, and the room was decent. Two bottles of Evian water were provided daily, which was a nice perk. Its location right next to the train station makes it very convenient for exploring nearby towns. The immediate area around the station, however, felt a bit bustling. On the bright side, there's a bakery and coffee shop downstairs, and it's also quite close to the main shopping street. Plus, there's a Vietnamese pho restaurant within walking distance. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the beach. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only minor issue was that check-in was a bit slow, but the staff were all very polite."

The location is extremely convenient for exploring; you can reach destinations like Cannes and Monaco by train after a mere 10-minute walk to the station. Access to the Old Town is also straightforward via train or tram. The balcony features excellent soundproofed windows, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. I personally found this location more convenient than staying directly in the Old Town!"

"They charge you 150€ for deposit which is quite weird. The staff refused to give me an extra towel to go to the pool. Poor service, rude staff. I don’t really think it’s a 4 star hotel. Not worth the price."

"Location is very good. About 5 mins walk from Nice Ville train station and the tram line that goes towards the beach / old Nice. Room is clean, fresh towels everyday. Well done and 5 stars to the housekeeper. Even though I was there in the busy summer holidays, there was no noise problem at all and I got restful sleep all 4 nights.
However, trip.com listed the room I selected (superior double room) as having a king size bed, although what I got was queen size. Clarified with the reception and indeed she said I got the correct room. Someone needs to update the description for better accuracy."

"I'm so happy to have chosen this place. The one-bedroom, one-living room apartment can sleep four people. There's a Carrefour supermarket across the street, making it convenient for buying groceries and cooking. It's a bit far from the beach, but Nice isn't a big city, so it's only a 15-minute walk away, and it's quite quiet. Highly recommended! My daughter said the bathroom was a bit far from the shower, but it wasn't a big deal.
Cleanliness: Pretty good, but there's no one to clean, so you have to do everything yourself.
Ambient: Very quiet location.
Service: The front desk was very nice.

However, at night and early in the morning, there are few people and few street lights, so it feels a little scary.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel location is strategic, just a 5-minute walk from Nice Saint-Augustin train station. The tram to the airport is free from Grand Arenas station, making transportation very convenient.
We booked a Mountain View Twin Room but were given a lower-quality room instead (please refer to the photo).
Additionally, we had to request a room change due to a serious bed issue—the mattress was split in half, which was quite shocking as they were still using a damaged mattress for guests.
To their credit, the front desk responded immediately and changed our room. However, the new room still did not meet our expectations. The bed quality was poor, too soft, and provided no proper back support.
Breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and sausages, while everything else was cold. Coffee and juice were from a machine, which didn’t add much to the experience.
Overall, the stay was tolerable for the price, but definitely not worth it given the quality of the rooms, beds, and breakfast. Would not recommend unless you’re on a very tight budget.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

GGuest UserWhen my flight was cancelled, the hotel didn't want to understand my situation..Instead of five nights, I stayed at the hotel for three nights. the hotel was dirty, especially the bathroom. They were given a room on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, which had air conditioning and had no view. The hotel does not pull on four stars, a maximum of three.Next time I would definitely not stay at this hotel.

Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out.
Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.

GGuest UserThe service attitude was very good. I arrived at the hotel very late. They opened the door for me and checked me in in a timely manner. The room was very quiet, but I didn't find a hair dryer. However, everything else was very good. There was free water in the refrigerator and a small balcony. I will continue to book next time I come!
