The location is very strategic as it is close to the metro station and shops. The rooms are very nice and minimal...unfortunately the staff is not very helpful since having booked through a site external to the hotel and to be fair having communicated the time of my arrival there was no reservation. Luckily there was still a room with single beds which I had to accept otherwise I would have slept at the station. The boy was kind in the makeshift accommodation... while I found the rest of the staff unprofessional since it was their mistake in not registering the reservation, I was not given any discount for the next night or a voucher as happens in rest of the world...I was told that they would write an email to the director but to date I have not received a response.

The lady at the front desk had a smile as healing as the scenery in Nice, and the gentleman on the first floor who I saw every time I came and went was also incredibly enthusiastic. They made me instantly fall in love with this small city. The room was very spacious and tidy, and the slippers were so comfortable. I honestly couldn't find a single flaw in the service or cleanliness. If I get the chance, I'll definitely go back to Nice and stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again. It's been many days since I returned home, and every time I think of it, it brings warmth~

This is a hostel with an excellent location, very close to Nice train station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The common area is quite spacious, and there are two staff members at the front desk. I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm. The room was a bit small, but each bed had a curtain, which made it feel much more private and secure. At the very least, the light didn't bother anyone else.

We're regulars at this hotel, but unfortunately, we got a rather outdated room this time. So, a bit disappointed, but the prices are still more than reasonable.

Nice and clean hotel near the railway station. Friendly staff.
Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds.
Wifi was fast.
Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

Location is great, one street behind Gare Nice Ville and next to the main High Street.
Great basecamp for day trips!

Even though the room didn't match the pictures (it was smaller than expected), it was still decent. It's right by the train station, easily walkable. I stayed for three days and it was relatively quiet. I highly recommend the Vietnamese restaurant downstairs; it was a real treat for a Chinese palate.

Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better.
Hotel was simple but modern and clean. Coffee machine provided, bathrooms were particularly nice, lovely balcony. Cleaned daily. Only note was hand soap wasn’t provided in the bathroom.

GGuest UserI love the hotel so much. Not only the location is very near to the train station, it is also near to the tram station which leads to the airport. Walking distance to the beach while i get to enjoy all the fabulous view along the way. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay in the hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

SSara BaunOverall, the hotel is decent, but for this price range, there are many options in Nice with cleaner and better-maintained rooms.
We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort.
Pros:
Excellent quality pillows and mattresses.
Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this!

I hope the hotel management reads this.
Room 101:
The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly.
The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower.
There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced.
The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting.
The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor.
The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!

TTzuyao_HsuIt's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

GGuest UserThis hotel is incredibly close to the train station, which is super convenient whether you're arriving from Paris or planning day trips to other small coastal towns in the South of France. The tram station is also just a few hundred meters' walk away, and you'll pass supermarkets on the way if you need to grab anything.
I don't think I found any photos of the hotel interior, but the room was very clean and tidy. In the lobby, near the elevator, you can get free hot water anytime, and there's also a microwave.
There's an amazing African restaurant nearby! I ate there almost every day during my three or four days in Nice; it was so good I barely had a chance to try proper French cuisine. A very popular croissant shop is also within walking distance.

The hotel gives us enough amenities but the hair dryer is kinda useless, it’s really weak and shaky. And the noise cancellation here is also kinda bad.
But overall, my stay is still good and enjoyable!

GGuest UserSmall hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. Then lobby room should be bigger and provide some cutlery and cups for guests who want to bring something to eat.
The overall stay was good we love it.

MmissxiaorrCompared to the other Happy Culture hotel next door, this one is significantly better. It's clean and tidy, and the towels aren't yellowed like at the other place.
Our private group was originally arranged for two people per room, but I booked an extra room for myself. It had a big balcony, making it more spacious and comfortable.
The next day, we went out to eat and explore, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

In fact, we had several concerns in our room:
Reversible air conditioning was defect
l The street window showed one day on the side and the shock heard all the outer noise
The housewife began to make noise in the corridor at 7 a.m. a Sunday ( and to finish the house was not done because when we returned to the hotel at 14:30 the room was not done when we had put the door-to-door card / I have to ask for a set of own towels )
TV was getting off the wall
One of the room walls was completely debrissed
The bathroom tablet was completely swelled by moisture and became unusable
We had no hot water on Sunday morning
After all these events were reported on Sunday, the Hotel Directorate offered breakfast on Monday morning
But we were not paid back because we were through an external reservation platform
So I ask Trip.com to lower in wanting to reimburse one of the two paid nights because sincerely we didn't sleep well and we had cold

周周Breakfast is OK, and the environment is okay. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but there is a fruit and vegetable bought by a local near the hotel. It is cheap and delicious. There is a grilled chicken downstairs for 5.9 Euros. There is also a local shop next to it. The Erqi restaurant has a large portion, and one serving for two girls is enough. Go right from the hotel to the main road, the tram line T1 is near, and T2 needs to walk a short distance, about 8-10 minutes, it can be directly reached by Nice Airport, you can get on at 4:30 in the morning, and the airport is about 5:15 Divide around...

GGuest UserA very cozy hotel on a quiet street a few minutes from the station. Friendly staff, especially a Russian-speaking lady on the resepchn. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, but it is on the resepchn, you can leave the food, there is a small kitchen and dishes.
From the downsides - slow Internet.
