Hotels in Train Station, Nice

The front desk staff were super helpful, even assisting with luggage, which was great. The elevator is a bit small, but the room itself was very clean. The shower pressure was incredibly strong, almost too strong, making it a bit difficult to shower comfortably.

The lady at the front desk had a smile as healing as the scenery in Nice, and the gentleman on the first floor who I saw every time I came and went was also incredibly enthusiastic. They made me instantly fall in love with this small city. The room was very spacious and tidy, and the slippers were so comfortable. I honestly couldn't find a single flaw in the service or cleanliness. If I get the chance, I'll definitely go back to Nice and stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton again. It's been many days since I returned home, and every time I think of it, it brings warmth~

I was so surprised to find a hotel in France that offers free tissues, disposable slippers, unlimited bottled water, and hot coffee! It's super close to the train station, just around the corner, which is perfect if you're planning to visit Monaco or other nearby places. The hotel breakfast was also delicious; every little pastry was perfectly crispy, and the yogurt was great. The only downside is that it can get noisy at night if your room faces the street, so it's not ideal if you're an early sleeper. Also, be aware that they require a deposit upon check-in, and you can only pay by credit card – no cash or Apple Pay. Finally, Trip.com customer service was excellent 👍

Location is great! 3 to 5 mins walk to the station then 5 to 10 mons walk to the town center with Monoprix and lots of food and shopping hub. Nice is really good! Has lift so luggage friendly. Although the smell of the room is still there, I felt like someone smoked inside the room and the cleaner just clean it rapidly.

The location is super convenient, really close to the train and tram station. The hotel gives us enough amenities but the hair dryer is kinda useless, it’s really weak and shaky. And the noise cancellation here is also kinda bad. But overall, my stay is still good and enjoyable!

Location is excellent and staffs are super friendly, very close to train station and the main shopping street. But very noisy as you can hear people shouting and tram and cars beeping at night and morning. The worst part of this hotel is that the air conditioning is shared with three other hotel rooms, if other rooms turn off air condition then my room is not able to turn on unless all the rooms connected are turned on, this is really ridiculous as I can’t control my own room and air circulation is very poor throughout my stayed.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions like Place Masséna and Old Nice. The service was warm and accommodating, providing all sorts of conveniences. Nice has many attractions nearby, so staying here is very convenient. The only downside was that the internet connection was sometimes unstable.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

This hostel is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Nice-Ville station and is perfect for making trips to nearby cities and towns such as monte-carlo and menton. There are also many food options near the hostel and its is conveniently located near the city centre and also the beach. The locker is spacious and hangers are provided for you as well. Luggage storage before and after check-out is free so that is a big plus. Somethings about the hostel are bothersome such as the triple-deck bed. This triple deck bed is so wobbly that the whole bed shakes at the slightest movement such as turning your body or even just lying down or sitting up. This experience required everyone to have minimum movement throughout the night. The bottom bedframe being slightly curved shows that the bed obviously needs to be attached to the wall for better stability and support. The top bunk of this triple-deck is also not fitted with a nightlight and charger. This means that if you sleep on the top bunk, not only can you not see, you also do not have the convenience of charging your appliances while sleeping. This also means that this third deck is not part of the original bedroom design. The bathroom is a tiny bit mouldy and there is minor drainage smell but it is manageable so long as you keep the door closed. Overall, it is a nice hostel and the convenience to nearby towns, Nice city centre, and old Nice, makes up for the terrible triple-decker bed that honestly just should not exist and also seems like a last minute addition for more profit.
