It's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

juliecuiWe stayed in Nice for 6 nights and spent 4 of them at this hotel. The room looked decent in the pictures, but it was actually tiny. We had to put both our suitcases on the bed. The sink was so small it felt like it was only for children. Breakfast was basic; the warm bread was clearly just supermarket bread that had been reheated. The only positives were its proximity to the train station, about a 5-minute walk, and the free water, tea, and coffee machine in the lobby.

The room was small, but the hygiene was acceptable. However, you could definitely hear people walking and doors opening and closing in the hallway, though it didn't disturb my sleep at night. The air conditioning had to be manually turned on and off, and it did blow a bit cold... The sink in the bathroom was really tiny, but it had all the essentials. Just a heads up, when traveling in France, it's best to bring your own shampoo. Hotels here often use one bottle for shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap – they seem to love these 3-in-1 products, but they don't lather well when washing hair. I ended up buying a small shampoo bottle nearby. There's an outdoor swimming pool on, I think, the second floor – I forgot which floor, but quite a few people were using it during the day. Walking to the beach felt quite far to me, at least 15-20 minutes. It felt even further when walking back to the hotel after a tiring day at the beach 😂.

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nice, directly in front of Nice Ville station. It's only about a 15-minute walk to Nice Beach and Place Masséna, so accessibility is excellent. I was a bit disappointed that there was no kettle in the room, so I couldn't make the tea or coffee I brought with me. It was quiet, and a supermarket was close by. Other than the kettle, I was satisfied with the accommodation, especially considering the price. I had a comfortable and enjoyable 2-night stay in Nice.

Anonymous UserOverall, the hygiene, service, location, and price were all quite good. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. However, because the hotel is a bit older, there's a stuffy smell in the hallways, and the loud slamming of neighboring doors can disturb your rest. The hot water is also inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

- Howdy.
In fact, we had several concerns in our room:
Reversible air conditioning was defect
l The street window showed one day on the side and the shock heard all the outer noise
The housewife began to make noise in the corridor at 7 a.m. a Sunday ( and to finish the house was not done because when we returned to the hotel at 14:30 the room was not done when we had put the door-to-door card / I have to ask for a set of own towels )
TV was getting off the wall
One of the room walls was completely debrissed
The bathroom tablet was completely swelled by moisture and became unusable
We had no hot water on Sunday morning
After all these events were reported on Sunday, the Hotel Directorate offered breakfast on Monday morning
But we were not paid back because we were through an external reservation platform
So I ask Trip.com to lower in wanting to reimburse one of the two paid nights because sincerely we didn't sleep well and we had cold
Thank you

Compared to the other Happy Culture hotel next door, this one is significantly better. It's clean and tidy, and the towels aren't yellowed like at the other place.
Our private group was originally arranged for two people per room, but I booked an extra room for myself. It had a big balcony, making it more spacious and comfortable.
The next day, we went out to eat and explore, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is right next to the train station, and very close to both the metro and railway, making it easy to get to the beach. The indoor facilities are excellent, though the room was a bit small. It's true there are only blankets instead of duvets, but it wasn't cold because you can ask for more blankets or just turn on the air conditioning. Overall, it's definitely worth it and offers great value for money.

The hotel is very close to the train station, a minute walk, there are supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries downstairs, and it is also close to the main street. The room is small, but it is still relatively clean, the bedding is still comfortable, the bathroom is small, in short, one person is not bad, 2 people are too crowded. The hotel has an elevator, luggage can be stored, no one at the front desk when checking in, looking for Trip.com customer service, quick response, the solution is also very sincere, Trip.com service is really nothing to say, I will try my best to book a room in Trip.com in the future.

AadwtMy father had booked this hotel for my best friend and I for an early birthday celebration.
All staff were super nice and friendly, extremely welcoming and polite. On another note, we’re thankful to have had a private room with our own bathroom but our bathroom was slightly questionable.
There was this odour coming from somewhere in the bathroom, it smelled of a public bathroom aka if smells of piss all over as if the pipes had leaked or someone had peed all over the bathroom (not saying that it happened).
Along with it, our shower had some suspicious black stains, the shower curtain seemed to have had some mold on it but we are uncertain about it.
With it, my friend’s bed somehow had a bunch of water drops on it we couldn’t tell if it was from the smoke detector or the AC unit being turned on?
Lastly, my bed had this slat that was not put in properly and was being held by a piece of cardboard (I was kneeling on the bed and my knee went through the bed, I nearly ate the wall. But the slat was sideways and not put properly due to the fact that it was far too long for the bed’s width).
On a good note, we were grateful for the AC unit especially since Nice was super humid and we were sightseeing a lot, plus the courtyard is super cute! Absolutely loved sitting outside and enjoying.
The hotel is situated near from the train station (if you arrive at terminal two you can take the tram until Grand Arénas and take the train to Nice Ville)! Restaurants, shops, mall, bars etc all around!
