The location is super convenient, close to the tram station, and the main train station is only a few minutes away. The room was relatively clean. However, the hotel is quite old, and the breakfast area is tiny, definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star.

Location: If you're using Nice as a hub for exploring the South of France, this hotel is incredibly convenient. It's only about 50 meters from Nice train station, so you can easily pop down and catch a train to Antibes, Menton, or other nearby towns. Walking to the beach takes about 10-15 minutes, and you'll pass through one of Nice's main streets, offering a glimpse of local life along the way. Room: The front desk proactively upgraded my room. However, once inside, there was a noticeable smell of fresh renovation. While the room's decor was quite stylish, the maintenance seemed a bit lacking. The most disappointing part was the wardrobe trim, which had sharp burrs that caused a large scratch on my arm. Surroundings: Right downstairs, there's a huge supermarket, as well as a Five Guys, Uniqlo, Starbucks, and more. Overall, it's pretty convenient.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. It's within walking distance of the city center, and the station and supermarket are also nearby, making it very convenient. There is no kettle or refrigerator, so it may be difficult for those who like to cook. I was having trouble finding cutlery, but the front desk staff helped me out and allowed me to borrow some for the duration of my stay. If you stay multiple nights, cleaning will be provided daily, and towels and sheets will be changed.

Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better. Hotel was simple but modern and clean. Coffee machine provided, bathrooms were particularly nice, lovely balcony. Cleaned daily. Only note was hand soap wasn’t provided in the bathroom.

The room was quiet and had a balcony, but being on the fifth floor, the water pressure was a bit low. The breakfast was a standard continental offering, sufficient for a morning meal. A unique touch was the popcorn available in the lobby – very distinctive! It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to Nice train station, located in a quiet area with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

- Howdy. In fact, we had several concerns in our room: Reversible air conditioning was defect  l The street window showed one day on the side and the shock heard all the outer noise The housewife began to make noise in the corridor at 7 a.m. a Sunday ( and to finish the house was not done because when we returned to the hotel at 14:30 the room was not done when we had put the door-to-door card / I have to ask for a set of own towels ) TV was getting off the wall  One of the room walls was completely debrissed  The bathroom tablet was completely swelled by moisture and became unusable  We had no hot water on Sunday morning  After all these events were reported on Sunday, the Hotel Directorate offered breakfast on Monday morning  But we were not paid back because we were through an external reservation platform  So I ask Trip.com to lower in wanting to reimburse one of the two paid nights because sincerely we didn't sleep well and we had cold  Thank you

Excellent location to the train station. The staff is professional, helpful and kind. However, the walls between rooms are bad at soundproof, difficult sleepers should be aware. The little buffet breakfast is fair and they offer all-day snack and cafe. Also, self-help water corner is available.

The top-floor terrace room is very spacious with a large bed, perfect for watching the sunset right from bed. The location is excellent, right on the town's main street, with plenty of dining and shopping options downstairs. It's a ten-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient to get to Antibes or Monaco. The beach is a bit of a walk, but it's just one stop on the L1 tram, which runs frequently. You'll want to plan your times carefully to catch the sunrise and sunset.

It's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high. I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette. The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions like Place Masséna and Old Nice. The service was warm and accommodating, providing all sorts of conveniences. Nice has many attractions nearby, so staying here is very convenient. The only downside was that the internet connection was sometimes unstable.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom was very cramped, but there was an outdoor pool, which was a bit amusing. The best part is the excellent location; there's a large shopping mall just across from the train station, and plenty of dining options nearby (including an all-you-can-eat buffet!). Free ice water is available on the first floor, but the breakfast selection was limited.

The location is super convenient, really close to the train and tram station. The hotel gives us enough amenities but the hair dryer is kinda useless, it’s really weak and shaky. And the noise cancellation here is also kinda bad. But overall, my stay is still good and enjoyable!

This hostel is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Nice-Ville station and is perfect for making trips to nearby cities and towns such as monte-carlo and menton. There are also many food options near the hostel and its is conveniently located near the city centre and also the beach. The locker is spacious and hangers are provided for you as well. Luggage storage before and after check-out is free so that is a big plus. Somethings about the hostel are bothersome such as the triple-deck bed. This triple deck bed is so wobbly that the whole bed shakes at the slightest movement such as turning your body or even just lying down or sitting up. This experience required everyone to have minimum movement throughout the night. The bottom bedframe being slightly curved shows that the bed obviously needs to be attached to the wall for better stability and support. The top bunk of this triple-deck is also not fitted with a nightlight and charger. This means that if you sleep on the top bunk, not only can you not see, you also do not have the convenience of charging your appliances while sleeping. This also means that this third deck is not part of the original bedroom design. The bathroom is a tiny bit mouldy and there is minor drainage smell but it is manageable so long as you keep the door closed. Overall, it is a nice hostel and the convenience to nearby towns, Nice city centre, and old Nice, makes up for the terrible triple-decker bed that honestly just should not exist and also seems like a last minute addition for more profit.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nice, directly in front of Nice Ville station. It's only about a 15-minute walk to Nice Beach and Place Masséna, so accessibility is excellent. I was a bit disappointed that there was no kettle in the room, so I couldn't make the tea or coffee I brought with me. It was quiet, and a supermarket was close by. Other than the kettle, I was satisfied with the accommodation, especially considering the price. I had a comfortable and enjoyable 2-night stay in Nice.

Overall, the hygiene, service, location, and price were all quite good. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. However, because the hotel is a bit older, there's a stuffy smell in the hallways, and the loud slamming of neighboring doors can disturb your rest. The hot water is also inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

Everything was great! The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, always ready to help. I could smell disinfectant on the towels in the room, which was reassuring. The room was a bit small, and the elevator was tiny too, but for a building of this age, having an elevator at all is something to be grateful for! The hotel recommended a legitimate parking lot nearby; although the parking fee was relatively high, it felt very secure. The only downside was the poor sound insulation. I could hear every door open and close in the adjacent room very clearly. There was also another kind of noise, like the rumbling of an air conditioner's outdoor unit, which made it a bit hard to get used to sleeping at first.

The hotel is very close to the train station, a minute walk, there are supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries downstairs, and it is also close to the main street. The room is small, but it is still relatively clean, the bedding is still comfortable, the bathroom is small, in short, one person is not bad, 2 people are too crowded. The hotel has an elevator, luggage can be stored, no one at the front desk when checking in, looking for Trip.com customer service, quick response, the solution is also very sincere, Trip.com service is really nothing to say, I will try my best to book a room in Trip.com in the future.

My father had booked this hotel for my best friend and I for an early birthday celebration. All staff were super nice and friendly, extremely welcoming and polite. On another note, we’re thankful to have had a private room with our own bathroom but our bathroom was slightly questionable. There was this odour coming from somewhere in the bathroom, it smelled of a public bathroom aka if smells of piss all over as if the pipes had leaked or someone had peed all over the bathroom (not saying that it happened). Along with it, our shower had some suspicious black stains, the shower curtain seemed to have had some mold on it but we are uncertain about it. With it, my friend’s bed somehow had a bunch of water drops on it we couldn’t tell if it was from the smoke detector or the AC unit being turned on? Lastly, my bed had this slat that was not put in properly and was being held by a piece of cardboard (I was kneeling on the bed and my knee went through the bed, I nearly ate the wall. But the slat was sideways and not put properly due to the fact that it was far too long for the bed’s width). On a good note, we were grateful for the AC unit especially since Nice was super humid and we were sightseeing a lot, plus the courtyard is super cute! Absolutely loved sitting outside and enjoying. The hotel is situated near from the train station (if you arrive at terminal two you can take the tram until Grand Arénas and take the train to Nice Ville)! Restaurants, shops, mall, bars etc all around!
