Hotels in Nice Waterfront, Nice

For us the hotel is perfectly positioned for our 4 night stay in Nice. We paid extra to use the carpark for our rental car. We ate our breakfasts outside, preferring croissants and coffee to a hotel breakfast. We were on the 5th floor and the lift was good. The receptionists were always helpful. Our room (56) was fine with a small balcony with a sea-view. Sheets and towels were very good. Useful was the bottle for water which could be refilled at reception and kept in the fridge. One minus point-the bedside tables were too small. Our stay was good and we would have no hesitation to staying here next time.

I want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!

This hotel has incredibly attentive staff. The breakfast is hearty and offers a great variety of local products. The bedding is of good quality, and the rooms are very well soundproofed. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and close to the city center.

Nice, Côte d'Azur. The hotel breakfast offered a great selection of French bread 🥐 and quality fruits like bananas 🍌, oranges 🍊, and apples 🍎. After a hearty meal, it was just a few hundred meters to the sea for a refreshing swim, absolutely fantastic! You can also take the Nice tourist train and visit Castle Hill for panoramic views of Nice 🏰. Beautiful 👍

Hotel is nice, location is great. There are a few things that should be resolved. Had a parcel delivered. They opened it in the name of security but it is delivered to a registered guest. They were painting the stairs and fixing wired and had quite a bit of works. High season is here shouldnt renovatiions be better planned. Room was hot, aircon was really not working well. Room was hotter than the corridor. Gave feedback and got a what do you want me to do look. Of course they checked but room remained hot. I get it that it is summer but inside room is hotter than public areas or outside. Nice is lovely, hotel has the structure to be quaint. For what it is at the moment, it’s a miss.

The Old Town is a mere 5-minute walk away. · **Service:** The front desk staff are warm and patient. Some guests have mentioned receiving welcome gifts for their honeymoon. · **Historic Building:** Built in 1853 and newly renovated in 2025, it exudes French vintage charm.

If it is not a smaller size, this hotel is absolutely value for money. The staff is very friendly. There is a caring radiator in the bathroom. The clothes are washed and dry the next day. There is a coffee machine in the room. There is coffee tea. The most important thing is to open a kettle. This is really difficult. Expensive. Every morning I went out and found that the door handle had prepared croissants for us. There were also many mirrors behind the room (of course we lived in two rooms slightly different). I feel that this hotel can be worth 700+ if you don’t care about the exterior.

Only the view good , location is ok bt a 4xx euro per night room .no water refill no amenities slipper, toothbrush even shampoo just one for all .not worth the price . J stay for 4 night really feel not worth the price water only one time given

The location is fantastic, super convenient for going to the beach and enjoying the sea view. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but there are water dispensers in the hallway. The elevators are a bit small, but the room size is decent. I've stayed in a sea-view room before and it was great, though you have to step into the bathtub to shower, so be careful not to slip.

Overall, I was satisfied, but I kept hearing a 'ding-dong' knocking sound, which I didn't experience on the 6th floor a few days ago. I'm on the 4th floor now, so maybe they're doing some maintenance. Also, a 100 Euro deposit is required for every stay, even though the full payment has already been made. This seems a bit unreasonable; even the famous Swiss hotels only charge a 1 Euro deposit. Hmm.
