Nice Hotels with Balcony

The front desk service attitude was simply beyond words. When I was checking in, there were two Caucasians in front of me, and the front desk told them about free water and Wi-Fi passwords, etc. When it was my turn, they didn't say anything to me. After I finished checking in and was organizing my documents nearby, the person checking in after me was also told the same things. Then, my room card wouldn't open the door. So I went to the front desk for help. The bearded old man at the front desk asked me, ”When are you checking out?” I said, ”In two days, the 19th.” Then he said, ”So you haven't checked out yet, why wouldn't your room card work?” I mean, if I knew, would I be coming to ask you? I repeatedly emphasized that the door wouldn't open. He made me wait for five minutes, then reluctantly followed me to check. When he found it really didn't work, he asked me what I had done to the room card. I was speechless. When checking out, a Caucasian girl and I came out at the same time. I believe I put my room card in first. Then the front desk person carried the Caucasian girl's luggage outside and came back to me saying, ”You can leave now.” ………… Am I really that strong?! This is the third hotel I've stayed at in France, and this is the only one that left me speechless 🙄. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but it's hard for me to hold back with this one. Nevertheless, French people are still very friendly, and the overall experience was still good.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation that makes getting around a breeze. The breakfast quality is decent, and the dining environment on the sixth floor of the hotel is quite pleasant. Checking in around 10 AM didn't go smoothly; they gave us a substandard room in the afternoon at 3 PM. After repeated negotiations, we paid extra to upgrade. There were quite a few Chinese guests staying there, but the hotel didn't have any Chinese-speaking staff. This is in contrast to international hotels in China, where most front desk staff can provide English service. I suggest that Trip.com encourages them to improve their service. We are paying customers and deserve appropriate service.

This hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

The hotel boasts a unique decor. Although the rooms are small, they are well-equipped with all the essentials, and the facilities generally meet needs. The communal water dispenser in the hallway offers both iced water and sparkling water. The hotel's location is a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, yet it's conveniently close to the tram, Nice Riquier train station, and the bus stop for Eze village. There's also a Carrefour supermarket right next door. I stayed for five nights and experienced the breakfast, dinner, and bar. The choices were plentiful, the food delicious, and the prices reasonable. The staff were very welcoming; when I accidentally spilled my drink, they proactively offered a replacement. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and communication was seamless (though knowing some French certainly helps!).

The hotel elevator is very vintage; it was my first time riding such an old-fashioned lift. The hotel is located in an alley, making it not particularly easy to find late at night. Once we finally found it, our family was the only one checking in, yet we waited for about 20 minutes just to get our room cards. I'm not sure why we were left hanging there waiting for a room at 9 PM... Also, the pillows and bed were uncomfortable; the pillows felt all lumpy.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, and the staff were all very lovely and helpful. The only thing to note is that the elevator can only be used when going up, so you have to take the stairs when going down. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would recommend it. good time I love this Nice hotel

The hostel is very nice. Very close to Tram Line that connect Nice with Airport Terminal 1. It also near the Nice Train Station where you can start journey visiting several city near Nice such as Monaco, Antibes, Menton, Cannes, Etc. The hotel is very good. I stay in the room with 6 bed. Our room has own bathroom. Every bed has their own curtain. In the room also you can find the wardrobe for your bag. They have kitchen if you want to heating something. You can leave your luggage for free. For moslem, there are so many halal restaurants near the hostel, you can laso find the mosque around 300 meter from Hostel. So nice place to stay.

The apartments are very conveniently located! The reception staff is wonderful and very responsive! The breakfasts are very modest; you could probably skip buying them. The only downside is the limited hot water supply per day. You won't be able to shower in both the morning and evening! Or you'd really have to conserve it for two people. On our first evening, we ran out of hot water because it had all been used during the day.
