"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!"

"The location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it super convenient to travel to nearby towns. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, and there's a tram stop right outside, so it's a real transportation hub in Nice. The place was quite clean. Facilities were all good; there's free coffee on the ground floor, and you can grab water yourself. The L-shaped balcony is very spacious, but the curtains are a bit thin and don't block out much light. The only downside is that the elevator is quite slow, fitting a maximum of three people. This hotel offers incredible value for money. During my 20+ day trip in Europe, hotel prices ranged from 750 to 3000 euros per night, and this was the cheapest but definitely not the worst. If you plan on exploring the towns around Nice, this is the top choice."

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location and very clean. The staff were so helpful and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. Now the downside the rooms are really really small, I think there may be some that a larger ie junior suite but not what we were allocated. There is no facilities and no sitting space outside of the hotel. Would I stay again, yes if I managed to get a bigger room definitely not in the room we stayed in 118.

CCélia5I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. The service was truly top-notch, from check-in with the night manager to breakfast: all the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, which made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel also boasts a convenient location, about a 10-minute walk from the Exhibition Palace, which is a real bonus. The breakfast is generally nice with a good selection; however, there's a lack of non-pork options like chicken or turkey breast. Furthermore, considering the offerings, the €19 price doesn't seem entirely justified to me.

AAnonymous UserI want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!

GGuest UserThis hotel was honestly very frustrating. 1. The soundproofing is extremely poor. Every morning, you can hear the housekeeping staff knocking on nearby rooms to communicate or clean. I was woken up by the noise every single day. 2. Even if you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the staff repeatedly ignore it and still knock on your door in the morning, invading your personal space. 3. On my first day, I forget to hang the sign. Yet the next morning they knocked persistently at 9, 10, and even 1 p.m I already opened the door the first time and clearly told them I didn’t need housekeeping, yet they kept coming back. 4. On the day of check-out, it was even worse. We had the sign up, and check-out time was 11 a.m., but they entered our room before we had checked out. What is this—some kind of unwanted morning call service? This seriously disturbed my rest and violated my privacy. Every morning I felt on edge because I could hear them knocking loudly on other doors and thought they were knocking on mine. the stay was very unpleasant. The only positive was the good location. Also, this wasn’t mentioned during booking, but the hotel requires a 150 euro deposit.

AAnonymous UserThe hostel is very nice. Very close to Tram Line that connect Nice with Airport Terminal 1. It also near the Nice Train Station where you can start journey visiting several city near Nice such as Monaco, Antibes, Menton, Cannes, Etc. The hotel is very good. I stay in the room with 6 bed. Our room has own bathroom. Every bed has their own curtain. In the room also you can find the wardrobe for your bag. They have kitchen if you want to heating something. You can leave your luggage for free. For moslem, there are so many halal restaurants near the hostel, you can laso find the mosque around 300 meter from Hostel. So nice place to stay.

GGuest UserI've never encountered such terrible service before. I can't believe a hotel that profits from Chinese tourists would treat them so poorly. 1. I booked a deluxe sea view room, but was given a ground floor room with no sea view at all. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, I was told there were no other sea view rooms available, but I could switch to a city view room on a higher floor. 2. Upon entering the new room, I immediately discovered an unidentifiable object in the bathroom. 3. The seal on the paid snacks was already broken. 4. It took 5 calls to the front desk before anyone answered. I asked for an extra duvet and was told the hotel didn't have any spare ones, and they would check and get back to me. As expected, I never received a call back. 5. All the staff treated Caucasians exceptionally well, while being very dismissive towards Asian guests.
