LLianyuwushanThe stay at this hotel was great! The bedding is comfortable and the service is attentive and welcoming. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the transportation is very convenient, very convenient to travel. The hotel's price is very high, the price is affordable but the quality of service is not inferior, it is really a very worthwhile trip.

VVictory VvNice and clean hotel near the railway station. Friendly staff.
Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds.
Wifi was fast.
Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

ZZhigaoVery clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with Trip.com - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but Trip.com was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with Trip.com and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future.

LliamThe receptionist at the front desk is awesome, she helped me to carry the luggage as the elevator was down , there is a tall n handsome handy man running about for the errands, give me direction of where the bus stop is , the specky girl is very helpful as well.All in all this is a very nice hotel, I will definitely recommend to friends if they were to go Nice.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

AAnonymous UserBad experience. Negative things, the internet signal in the room was terrible. No connection whatsoever. I asked the front desk many times to check the router connection and they really ignored me during 3 days. I had to connect everyday around the front desk to plan my visit to the city. Very disappointed. The bathroom is very small. it is really difficult to take a shower. About positive things: it is close to the airport and the tram line. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable except the bathroom shower. If you need internet in your room, I don't recommend this place.

Right across the street, you'll find a McDonald's and a Carrefour, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and groceries. There's also a laundromat nearby, which is a big plus. And for dining, there are some excellent pizza places close by. All things considered, a really great place to stay.

MMAK SHUI YEE JOYGood location. With a small balcony, surprisingly. Plug is not beside the bed. It is a bit inconvenient. We looked through the breakfast but we decided not to take it. It looked OK but it seemed that we could get the better one outside. The reception was willing to help amd let us store our luggage there.

MmmmmmmThe hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel rooms are OK. The breakfast is rich and varied and they will change some varieties. There are also hot milk and hot pastries. You can squeeze fresh orange juice by yourself. The front desk also provides lemonade and snacks. It is very good to drink lemon tea at any time when you return to the hotel. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that I forgot the conversion plug 🔌 I brought in other hotels. I wanted to ask the front desk to borrow one, but they said there was none. How can the hotel not even provide this service? On the last day, we went out for a walk in the morning, and then rushed back to the hotel before the stipulated check-out time to go to the room to take out the luggage, but the room card was incontinent and the door could not be opened. I asked the front desk and it turned out that the front desk had turned off the room card. Why did they turn off my room card before the check-out time of 11:30 noon? ? ? This is very unsatisfactory! ! !
