NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. AAnonymous UserThe room comes equipped with a microwave, induction hob, and dishes, which is great for self-catering. However, please remember that you're expected to clean the kitchen area yourself before check-out. Free luggage storage is available, and the location is excellent, being very close to Sant Augustin station. This makes it incredibly convenient for day trips to Nice, Cannes, Menton, or Monaco. The only downside is that dining options in the immediate vicinity are a bit limited. Also, daily room cleaning is not included and comes at an additional charge if requested.

VVictory VvNice and clean hotel near the railway station. Friendly staff. Big and quiet room with balcony, comfortable beds. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was quite french - croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and so on, coffee and juice, simple but tasty.

AAnonymous UserBad experience. Negative things, the internet signal in the room was terrible. No connection whatsoever. I asked the front desk many times to check the router connection and they really ignored me during 3 days. I had to connect everyday around the front desk to plan my visit to the city. Very disappointed. The bathroom is very small. it is really difficult to take a shower. About positive things: it is close to the airport and the tram line. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable except the bathroom shower. If you need internet in your room, I don't recommend this place.

MMAK SHUI YEE JOYGood location. With a small balcony, surprisingly. Plug is not beside the bed. It is a bit inconvenient. We looked through the breakfast but we decided not to take it. It looked OK but it seemed that we could get the better one outside. The reception was willing to help amd let us store our luggage there.

Right across the street, you'll find a McDonald's and a Carrefour, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and groceries. There's also a laundromat nearby, which is a big plus. And for dining, there are some excellent pizza places close by. All things considered, a really great place to stay.

MmmmmmmThe hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel rooms are OK. The breakfast is rich and varied and they will change some varieties. There are also hot milk and hot pastries. You can squeeze fresh orange juice by yourself. The front desk also provides lemonade and snacks. It is very good to drink lemon tea at any time when you return to the hotel. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that I forgot the conversion plug 🔌 I brought in other hotels. I wanted to ask the front desk to borrow one, but they said there was none. How can the hotel not even provide this service? On the last day, we went out for a walk in the morning, and then rushed back to the hotel before the stipulated check-out time to go to the room to take out the luggage, but the room card was incontinent and the door could not be opened. I asked the front desk and it turned out that the front desk had turned off the room card. Why did they turn off my room card before the check-out time of 11:30 noon? ? ? This is very unsatisfactory! ! !
