A fantastic hotel, close to the old town and all the attractions. Comfortable rooms with beautiful decor. Breakfasts are tasty, with something for everyone. And the staff are always helpful and smiling. I highly recommend it.

da vidThe room was quiet and had a balcony, but being on the fifth floor, the water pressure was a bit low. The breakfast was a standard continental offering, sufficient for a morning meal. A unique touch was the popcorn available in the lobby – very distinctive! It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to Nice train station, located in a quiet area with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Ibis Nice-Center Notre-Dame really exceeded my expectations for an Ibis property.
The daily breakfasts (while the items didn’t change much) had an adequate spread with very lovely cut fruit, pastries, excellent nuts and seeds selection with yogurt and an egg boiling station which you could make eggs as how you would like them.
Their coffee and tea machines were excellent and they even had a cocktail hour with free pastries and bonbons in the late afternoon if you ever wanted a quick snack.
The location was excellent. The hotel was on a perpendicular street to the Main Street with the tram line and shopping streets. Lots of eateries around and proximity to the train station meant we were able to go for day trips to Cannes and Monaco with very little hassle.
The bathroom was very spacious and I loved that our room had 2 balconies - one in the main room and one opens in the bathroom which helped to keep it dry and not humid after a hot shower.
View from our room looked into the next residential building but we didn’t mind that. I often sat on the balcony to enjoy my hot coffee in the cool mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property and look forward to retuning in the years to come.

Guest UserI was very disappointed with the desk staff, on my arrival I advised that I may need a second night, I was told that as it was a second night they would do it for the same rate.
I went to the desk a couple of hours later to confirm the second night, a different member of staff was on duty,
He said he could not dio as he didn't know the rate??????? And that I needed to speak to the desk in the morning. I went to the desk in the morning to be advised they had no availability......WOW JUST WOW, how do you run a business so incompetently.......beggars belief!!!!! I'm sure they'll be totally indifferent to my review as they were indifferent to my dilemma of having no accommodation for the night......

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!

The location is very convenient, with the train station and tram stop right across the street.
The room is a bit small for two people. The shower water is very hot, but we noticed that the bath towels were not clean.
Both the female and male staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly.
Breakfast was almost the same every day, with limited choices, but it was fine.
We left on Christmas Eve, and they specially added some new food items to the breakfast that morning with was very good.

Syed Ali Abb@s RizviThe hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good.
However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult.
She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in.
She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit.
On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated.
I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

The location is convenient – about a 10-minute walk to Nice Riquier train station, and 20-25 minutes on foot to Place Masséna. Tram #1 runs nearby, and a bit further, from Place Garibaldi, you can catch tram #2 to the airport and tram #3. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Carrefour that we visited daily.
The room has almost everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine (we don't drink coffee, so didn't use it), refrigerator, and dishwasher (with a few tablets provided). There was also dish soap, but no sponge (we had to buy one ourselves). There was also no cutting board (we bought one too). All necessary utensils are available (though for knives, there's only a small one for vegetables and a bread knife; a larger, all-purpose knife would have been nice). For those who care, there were no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, or spices, which are usually present in apartments of this type.
As warned beforehand, there's no cleaning service during your stay (there's a vacuum cleaner in the closet). You have to take out the trash yourself, and towels are not changed (there's a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is very convenient; you can wash something and it dries quickly). The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel, a bathtub, and a shower hose. An ironing board is available (I don't recall an iron as it wasn't needed). There's also a safe.
Our stay was quite satisfying, and we would book again.

This Hotel is right by the train station, which makes it easy to roam around Cote d'Azur by train. If needed there is a shop on the same street where you can wash your clothes. Particular handy for backpackers, who want to do some laundry. The room was a perfect size, and the bathroom was great. It has a towel dryer, which is nice, when you need to dry swim clothes after a day at the beach. The city center is a short walk away from the hotel too. Breakfast was simple but good. Typical European breakfast - which means sweet pastry. They also had baguette, cheese, toppings like ham, scrambled eggs and greenary + fruits and berries - something I prefer. (I need my breakfasts a bit salty). The staff was helpful and welcoming. You can store your luggage at the Hotel if needed, which is great! Also a pluss for being eco friendly. You might hear the traffic from your room, but it shouldn't be a bother to most people. If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room that doesn't face the main street, or use ear buds. I had no issue, but I sleep well anywhere.
