This hotel is really great! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the location is fantastic – right next to the light rail station, and very close to the airport. The view from the window is lovely and it's quiet, plus the windows open completely so you can enjoy the sunshine. I really love this hotel; the staff are efficient, they helped me store my luggage, and most of them speak English. I'm very satisfied!

getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel I think is average. I arrived at Nice airport at night and walked from Terminal 1 to the hotel. It took me around 20mins. The next day, I went to Nice Saint-Augustine train station to go to Monaco. I walked around 15mins, which was ok. The last day, I went to Nice city by tram. The tram stop is nearby the hotel, so it was good. If you are a Solo traveler and do not mind walking, it is a not bad choice. The view from the hotel was good too, so I put a picture.

The guy at the front desk was super nice! I arrived late at night and he even brought me warm croissants 🥐. The room was a tiny bit small, but the location was great – really close to both the airport and the train station.

Excellent option for an overnight stay if you have a connecting flight. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the airport (just cross the avenue and walk one block). There's a tram stop at the airport that goes to the city center (about 20 minutes), and the train station is a couple of blocks away for trips along the coast to Monaco or the rest of France. Clean, friendly staff. Restaurant, bar, and drinks are sold at reception. I would definitely return.

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

Facilities: There's a swimming pool, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. Cleanliness: Very clean, didn't spot anything dirty. Environment: The environment is also good. Service: The service attitude was quite good, BUT!! A month after checking out, the credit card used to pre-authorize the deposit was suddenly fraudulently charged 6,000 yuan by the hotel!! They made ten transactions, and they would have kept going if my credit limit hadn't been reached!! I advise everyone to be careful!! I had to contact my bank to block the card, report it to the police, give a statement, contact Trip.com customer service, and wrangle with the hotel for a whole month before the money was finally recovered!!

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, and it's easy to walk with luggage on flat roads, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. The room was very small and the decor was plain; the lighting fixtures were nice, but other than that, there wasn't much to write home about. The front desk and dining staff had an average attitude. There were a lot of sofas set up outdoors, and it was very pleasant to sit there in the evening breeze.
