An altogether wonderful budget hotel experience. Room One on the first floor was spacious, with a large and comfortable double bed, and a lovely en-suite shower room. Room One had a large opening window, which was thankfully double glazed as the premises fronted onto a busy thoroughfare which opened out into the bustling square by the cathedrale. The room was attended every day, and the entire premises were kept spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff available to answer queries and provide assistance. Certainly the best hotel we’ve used in Nice, and right in the middle of the Old Town.

The location was absolutely perfect. Was central to everything. Entrance was a little confusing to find at first but was convenient once we got used to it. Our room was unique and beautiful. AC worked great and had everything we needed. Will book again when coming back to Nice!

This hotel is perfectly located. Everything we wanted to do was super close and easy to walk to. The beach is also very close! The staff is very nice and responsive. They are excellent at communicating. The only negative was the wifi was spotty.

Previous reviews say it all. It is a great value, little hotel in the heart of the old town and perfectly located for strolling along the famous Promenade des Anglais. Its a lively area so would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is not served but there is a great cafe next door. Found the instructions to find the hotel tricky - use Google maps!

Great little boutique hotel hidden in the old town - old world charm with great modern refurb. Bathroom is great, bed really comfortable, clean, well decorated, roomy and really charming. Brilliantly positioned and thoroughly recommended

This hotel has a perfect location in The middle of Old town Nice. If you want breakfast buffet and a busy bar.. this is not for you. But if you want very clean and quiet rooms with Nice decor, this is The place!! The hotel has a small terrasse where you Can relax if The city g’ets to much. The woman who greeted us when We arrive, was very friendly and help us with great advice for lunch! Thank you!

The coolest guesthouse in the middle of Old Town Nice....minimalistic decor...simple, incredibly clean, high ceilings, tall windows, next to a cathedral. The mattress and linens....ah...A little challenging to find...worth the effort. Price point amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A little noise at night from the streets.

With a single closed door in between the ice cream shop and wine shop you’ll miss it apparently 3 Times is an average of missing it. Press the buzzer and the door will open. Beautiful unique hotel just loved everything about it A++ The rooms are all very minimalist yet well thought out. Air conditioning Love the stone
