"Excellent location a short distance from the centre of Nijmegen and in my case about 15/20 minutes from some meetings. Hotel surrounded by nature with a beautiful lake in front of the restaurant and nature all around with a beautiful orchard in the back and the possibility of a beautiful nature trail. Spacious and well-kept room, excellent staff, very kind and courteous. The carpeting is a bad idea; by 2026, it should be removed everywhere."

"Booked two single rooms. Price-quality is not good. Hotel failed to mention that sanding and drilling would be done on Saturday morning. Asked the manager about it, who shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Single room 1 only had a small skylight through which two pigeons entered my room. Single room 2 had a view of a dirty wooden partition with two air ducts and insulation material. And that for 143.50 per night including breakfast. Truly a disgrace. The bed had a thin mattress that also slid off the bed. I had the idea that it had not been vacuumed."

"Spent a week at the Apollo in order to visit historical sites to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Operation Market Garden. The hotel is well situated, a five minute walk from the railway station. A friendly welcome and easy check in. The room was clean,comfortable and well equipped, suited us just fine . ( I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that). The hotel has plenty of bars, cafés and shops close by. The city of Nijmegen is very nice, a very friendly vibe. The whole week was very nice, I enjoyed it very much. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable room at a good price. Thank you. "

"The staff are very polite. Credible however is a strange word to use when you charge 16 Euros or so for a breakfast and are handed a menu with prices in the restaurant. I was offered a medium breakfast at €9.50 because I asked for scramvled eggs. I was asked if I want spelt bread or a croissant. Both I said. Oh no, it's either or. After arguing the point of honesty with the waiter (still very polite) I got both. But why would I have to argue for an extra piece of bread on a 9.50 breakfast having paid around 16. It took from the visit. A policy change needed? Clarity needed? Have a think and maybe then the name credible will be more of a match. Again kudos to the staff fpr their politeness. I was even offered an extra slice of cheese. This is an issue for management."

"When we arrived around 11 pm, there was no one at reception. After a phone call, I was let in and had to have my room key programmed over the phone. The first room we were given hadn't even been cleaned. After a second phone call, we were given a different room. Unfortunately, this room was very cold; the heating didn't work well. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. The location is excellent."
