Superb quality and very thoughtful services. Very attentive staff and owner was very customers focus. Great amount of dinner. Very nice view from my room. Onsen is very good, i love the open air onsen, very refreshing. The hotel also provide the electric massage chair in the onsen room. Private bath also available, but needed reservation. Love to come back again!!

I paid double the normal room for an in room onsen room at nanaeyae, Nikko.
When at hotel, reception said that the photo at trip.com is MISLEAING AND WRONG. The room has no in room onsen. So, either trip.com is not Honest, or the hotel ...

The hotel service is very good. The staff carefully explained the hotel facilities, dining order and eating methods. There are staff who can speak English, which facilitates communication. The location is also very close to the station, 5-10 minutes walk, very convenient.

Overall, it didn't meet my expectations. But it wasn't bad either. Maybe it was because I came at the wrong season, and I had experienced better hot springs in other places, so my expectations were higher, so there was a little disappointment.
