Fantastic  range of amenities and design. Several onsite restaurants and tea houses with stunning  waterfront landscape. Great breakfast with lake views . Beautiful indoor swimming pool and gym open 24/7. Will definitely come back.

The hotel has a fantastic and scenic view on the Dongqian Lake and is offering all service to just stay there and enjoy. The gym and the indoor pool area are amazing. The rental bikes at the hotel are high quality. The service is super friendly and was always helpful. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel with finely designed, spacious rooms. The swimming pool is very nice and the hotel is overlooking the lake in a beautiful scenary.

Wonderful hotel, room was beautiful and incredibly spacious and the staff were accommodating and most spoke English too.

Very pretty location next to the lake with great view over the lake, especially from my room. Disappointing is the food and service in the la card restaurant, food takes very long and the taste is just soso for a high price. Also the breakfast service on Sunday is very slow, a lot of food is out and it takes very long to gets replaced. Better is the tea house, they are much more attentive in the service

Stayed in the hotel for two nights. We would like to note the high level of service. Clean and quiet room, air conditioner, bath. All questions were answered, at the reception there are lovely young ladies who speak excellent English. Fresh, tasty buffet breakfast, fragrant coffee. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. We sincerely thank the hotel administration.

Really impressive hotel with beautiful room and park. Unfortunately lot of facilities were closed because of covid19. Nevertheless, buffet is amazing and great service for the team.

Top in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

Second stay the the Park Hyatt Ningbo. Great location, cleanliness, service, and facilities overall. However, the rooms are beginning to show their age (curtains, floors); Chinese Restaurant is terrific; Buffet breakfast is decent but the coffee could be improved.

Location is amazing, and the service is good. Unfortunately at the time we been there it was very crowded. But we would definitely recommend!

This vacation experience is still very good. Although there were a few small episodes during the process, they were all resolved. Special thanks to the front desk girl Yuri Yang Simin, who was smart and quick to respond to and resolve the problems and needs we encountered during our stay, giving us a wonderful experience. Fortunately, we can meet her at Ningbo Park Hyatt🌹🌹🌹 Every partner at Ningbo Park Hyatt is very enthusiastic and kind from the front desk service, restaurant service, cleaning service, and shuttle service. Ningbo 3 days and 2 nights travel itinerary: 1. Hotel: We stayed at the Park Hyatt Hotel, the hotel's breakfast is great value, and the environment is also very good. Grandpa couldn't wait to go fishing after putting down his luggage, and caught 6 or 7 fish. Remember to go to the lobby corridor to see a scenic spot, it is very photogenic, and you must take more photos. 2. Hotel services: The hotel has many facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, table football, billiards and table tennis, all of which are free for guests staying in the hotel. On the day of check-in, there was a small misunderstanding due to the room type arrangement. Manager May came to the scene to deal with it as soon as she learned about it. She kept a sincere smile throughout the whole process, patiently listened to our needs, not only quickly coordinated, but also took the elderly to go fishing intimately. What's more touching is that the elderly wanted to visit the hotel. She took the initiative to take photos with the elderly in the hotel. Introduction This kind of care in details made us feel the warmth of home instantly. May's service is far beyond the conventional standard. Knowing that it was our first time in Ningbo, she used the shift change time to tailor a travel plan for us: Taogong Island, arranged a battery car to take us to the parking lot, and reminded us of the time of the hotel's Kunqu opera performance in the evening. This unexpected service enthusiasm amazed us. These bits and pieces made us truly feel what "customer-oriented" means. In particular, I would like to praise Manager May's wisdom in handling problems. When problems occurred, she did not simply apologize. This ability to turn crises into touching points shows the true service level of Park Hyatt Hotel. 3. Xiao Putuo: Just next to the hotel, we experienced a ride along the lake, and then bought sightseeing tickets. We chatted and enjoyed the scenery. There are many places to take photos and check in here. We walked around and had fun, and the children were very happy together. 4. Jianshe Village Check-in: The buildings are very distinctive. Take advantage of the few people to check in at the "Ningbo" Internet celebrity wall. Eat something when you are tired. The environment of Qingjiamu's store is good, and the raw pickles are delicious. Except for the long queues, there is nothing wrong. Recommended. 5. Free travel photography: Remember to experience travel photography before leaving, and get 3 free photos. Finally, let’s take a look at our beautiful photos, they are really good!
