My only minor complaint is that the insect control needs improvement (there were quite a few small flies buzzing around the food in the salad area). Moon Lake Park is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to start a city walk from the hotel."

The service is top-notch; all the staff are very friendly and proactively greet you, and they're quick to assist whenever you need help. The room had no strange odors, was very clean, and well-kept. During my multi-day stay, they even provided complimentary snacks."

"I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the University of Nottingham, where I was attending an event. It's truly excellent value for money! The hotel brand is well-recognized, the facade is grand, and the lobby is spacious. I particularly loved the distinctive colored tile pattern on the lobby floor. The rooms are expansive and offer great views of the nearby administrative CBD. Breakfast was abundant, and the fried dough sticks and soy milk were delicious. The hotel is also only about a 20-minute drive from the Ningbo Dongqian Lake Scenic Area and not too far from the subway. All in all, it's a fantastic place and well worth recommending."

The service level is outstanding, with special thanks to Ayla (Wei Tiantian) and Kaiwen for their thoughtful and prompt assistance. The Executive Lounge, located on the 21st floor, offers panoramic views, cold and hot dishes, juices, and evening cocktails. Breakfast offers a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options. The freshly prepared Ningbo noodles, osmanthus-flavored glutinous rice balls with fermented rice wine, and Iberian ham were particularly impressive."

Alex and William were both great 👍. I highly recommend staying here. Plus, the transportation is very convenient; it's very close to Ningbo Station and not far from the airport."
