The room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find ice cream, popcorn, and a late-night snack available. The service attitude was genuinely great, with welcome fruits provided, and they even gave us a souvenir when we left!

The room was very clean with no strange smells. The front desk staff were super friendly, and they processed my invoice quickly after I checked out. The location is fantastic, very close to Cultural Plaza and Hankyu, with plenty of dining options nearby. Although the underground parking costs extra, it's affordable and there are always spaces available, which is really convenient. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear the elevator, housekeepers talking in the hallway, and even the TV from the next room. However, considering it was less than 150 yuan a night, I can't really complain. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

It's located near Hongtai Plaza, surrounded by plenty of dining options like KFC and McDonald's, so food and drinks are abundant. The toiletries are from well-known brands. The staff are friendly and approachable. This hotel is highly recommended.

I booked two rooms this time. The suite was quite good, very spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained. The king room, however, was very ordinary. The lighting was poor, the room was stuffy, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted manually. The bathroom was incredibly cramped. The room service was good. Housekeeping did a thorough and meticulous job. When we called for amenities, they were delivered very quickly, and their response was prompt. Dining, though, was a mixed bag. The buffet restaurant had excellent service, especially from Jiang Qinqin. My family raved about her warm and attentive service every day, insisting I mention her by name. She genuinely went out of her way for the guests. On the other hand, choosing the hotel's in-house Japanese restaurant for our first dinner was arguably the biggest blunder of the entire trip. There were only two or three tables occupied that day, yet the food service was incredibly slow. After we urged them twice, the server completely lost it, burst into tears, and asked why we were rushing her. She then declared she was quitting the next day, got into an argument with us, and even boasted that she was the highest-ranking person there and we could complain all we wanted! I truly don't understand how a single hotel can have both an excellent restaurant supervisor and a restaurant manager who goes crazy and yells at guests. The hiring standards of this hotel are truly astonishing. After this experience, I can only say I will try to avoid Pan Pacific hotels in the future. The baseline is just too low; I can't put up with that kind of treatment.

I looked at several hotels before booking and finally chose Zhen Ting. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The front desk service was attentive. My favorite part was the room with a bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, it's so relaxing to soak in a warm bath. Plus, the room was soundproof, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent (near Chenghuang Temple on Line 2). Tianyi Square is right next door, and it's convenient to get to Gulou and the Bund Bridge. Everything for food, drinks, and entertainment is on one street. Line 2 also goes directly to the high-speed rail station and the airport. It's really great value for money, highly recommend!

Layla and Regina at check-in were efficient and quick, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The room was spacious and bright, with a modern yet cozy decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The view from the window was excellent, offering a panoramic city night view. The breakfast spread was extensive, a mix of Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh. The freshly cooked wontons, in particular, were delicious. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. My trip was very fulfilling and enjoyable. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

The hotel has been open for many years and the facilities are a bit old. The carpet in the room has obvious spots. When the door of room 2915 closes automatically, it makes a sound like a slamming door. It is recommended to put some buffer stickers on the door frame. The doors of other rooms also have similar problems. There are large pieces of long hair in front of the bathtub in the room that have not been cleaned up. The hotel has been holding various activities these days, and the service at the front desk is still very thoughtful. I booked a standard room and upgraded it to a high-rise king-size bed room for free. I am very satisfied! The fruits given every day are also very fresh. 👍

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside, you've got the Yinzhou Longhu Tianjie commercial area, and the hotel's basement level connects directly to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room offers an amazing view; just open the curtains and you can see the city. Service is super responsive, they're always ready to help, and check-in was a breeze. The staff were all incredibly patient and even helped me with my luggage without me asking. The room also thoughtfully provides bathrobes, a weighing scale, and an umbrella.
