The Bali staff are very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with my stay. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is always nice. I want to call special attention to 2 people that were especially helpful and kind and really went above and beyond for hotel staff members in my view. This includes Fang Rui who helped me with ”all” my laundry and one of the manager's who name is Zhou Jianing made sure my stay and room requests were handled very quickly and easily.

The room was very spacious, and the sofa in the living room folded out into another bed, so all three of us slept very comfortably. There's a dedicated walk-in closet, which was convenient for hanging clothes, and the luggage rack greatly facilitated using our suitcases. We didn't get to use the private hot tub outside the room as we were always out, so I can't comment on it. The window on the hot tub's wall is open-worked with plants outside, so mosquitoes and other insects might fly in. Be sure to keep the balcony door closed. There are two bathrooms in total. The shower room is inside the bedroom and is quite spacious, but you need to make sure the showerhead is pointed towards the inner wall, or water might spill out. The room lighting was very bright, and so were the bathrooms. The fruit provided by the hotel was also very fresh. Hotel staff were polite and always smiled, greeted, and checked in with us whenever we encountered them. The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection, especially great for those who enjoy Chinese breakfast. The steamed buns and flatbreads were made fresh on the spot; the pork buns were delicious, and the auntie making them was very enthusiastic. There was also a live station for noodles and wontons. Western options, apart from bread and cakes, were a bit weak, which suggests the hotel mainly caters to Chinese guests. The location along Dongqian Lake is convenient for getting in and out, and parking is also easy with a dedicated attendant. The manager overseeing it is very responsible; we saw him diligently working every day. Overall, I feel this hotel is diligently managed and operated, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay.

The room was quite nice and spacious, facing the park with a lovely balcony. However, for a five-star hotel, I was surprised there were no welcome fruits. Also, the smart toilet in our room seemed to be malfunctioning; we mentioned this when we received the follow-up call, and I hope it will be improved. The hotel breakfast was also quite extensive, with local specialties like wheat cakes, seafood noodles, and three-color pastries, all of which I tried. You could also enjoy the view while having breakfast. They even proactively called to deliver a small cake for my husband's birthday, which was a very thoughtful touch.

I've stayed at the Pacific Hotel Yuyao many times. It's located along the Yaojiang River, and I really enjoy my daily walks along the river. The hotel service is consistently excellent, much more professional than many newly built five-star hotels, especially when it comes to the small details. The breakfast is particularly abundant and features many local Yuyao specialties, which is very comforting as a descendant of Yuyao. All the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. It's my top choice when visiting Yuyao; it would be even better if they had larger family rooms.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

Our top pick for a Dongqian Lake getaway! A special shout-out to our butler, Nicole, who not only upgraded our room for free but also granted us a late check-out! The hotel is right next to the popular 'International Lake House' sunset spot, and very close to Hanling Old Street, making dining super convenient. Nestled between mountains and the lake, its village-style garden design offers picturesque views at every turn. The rooms are spacious and clean, each with a scenic balcony and comfortable bedding. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the shuttle service within the resort is very handy. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. Strolling through the grounds and enjoying the hot springs are both incredibly relaxing activities, perfect for escaping the city hustle. The hotel's body lotion is also excellent. We will definitely be back!

My friends and I recently stayed at the Anlan Hotel in Ninghai for a short but memorable three-day trip. This hotel perfectly blends luxury with nature, offering a sophisticated yet understated mountain retreat experience. The service was the highlight of our stay; from check-in to daily room service, every step demonstrated professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. The shuttle drivers were polite and attentive, always appearing promptly whenever called, and patiently introduced us to different areas of the hotel. Room service was equally impressive; our room was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly executed. Breakfast was abundant and exquisite, combining both Chinese and Western options with fresh ingredients and artful presentation. Sitting in the restaurant, surrounded by lush greenery outside the window, was a wonderful way to start each day. The hotel facilities are also top-notch. The private hot springs were incredibly relaxing, the indoor and outdoor pools were clear and serene, and the gym was well-equipped. What was most captivating, however, was the hotel's natural surroundings – enveloped by mountains, with swaying bamboo forests, babbling brooks, and air as pure as crystal. Strolling through it felt like being in a secluded paradise. Though only three days, Anlan Hotel Ninghai provided us with complete relaxation and joy. I visited last year and was very satisfied, but my experience this year was just so-so. I'm not sure if they're cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but they seem to be skimping on the air conditioning. The lobby wasn't cool at all; I was actually sweating while checking in. The corridor leading from the lobby to the guest room buildings had almost no AC, and it was very hot. The elevator also lacked AC and was sweltering. The windows in the guest floor hallway were closed tight with no AC, and there was a strong musty smell. The room itself had a musty smell upon entering. If you try to open the balcony door for ventilation, the AC stops working. I'm not sure if they used too much disinfectant on the bed linens, but my skin felt very itchy while sleeping, to the point of waking me up in the middle of the night. The hotel's pest control is also inadequate; I still got many mosquito bites even after applying repellent. Plus, the toilet paper in the room was paper-thin. The overhead shower needs fixing; the water sprayed everywhere. They've cut costs so much that there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. There was only one pack of tissues, so after washing my hands in the bathroom, I had to go to the room to get paper, which was ridiculous. The only things that haven't declined are the service at the Chinese restaurant and the staff at the go-kart area.

Our Christmas stay was absolutely perfect! The Christmas gift from the front desk staff was such a delightful surprise – beautifully packaged 'Ping An Guo' (peace apples) and a Christmas gift box. Both the presentation and the thought behind it were exceptional. You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into making every guest feel special, and the festive atmosphere was just incredible. The environment is elegant and clean, and the room's hygiene was impeccable. I've already recommended it to my colleagues!
