Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. Overall, I'd give it 5 stars.

I bought hotel vouchers for the Kaiyuan chain during a Trip.com livestream. I had vouchers for both Ningbo Jiulong Lake Kaiyuan Resort and Ningbo Shiqifang Kaiyuan Guan Tang, so I decided to visit both. Honestly, when it comes to the hotels themselves, I actually preferred Shiqifang Kaiyuan Guan Tang. It had an authentic, old-school charm, and even the breakfast was unique and delicious. My only complaint, and it's more than a complaint – I'm almost ready to file a formal complaint – is about the security guard at the entrance. Zhenhai District is already a bit out of the way in Ningbo, so most people drive or take ride-sharing services. One time, I called a ride-share to go to Shan Hai Jiulong Yuan. The guard just wouldn't open the gate, making the car reverse and try again five times, and it still didn't work. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and asked him, ”Could you please open the gate manually for us?” It was only a two-meter distance, but it took him half a minute to walk over. Is that slow, unhurried pace the kind of attitude you should have at work? I stayed for two days and took a taxi six times, and not once was it smooth sailing. For a mere one or two meters, he was so slow and hesitant, or he'd make the car back up and try again. Such a great place with such terrible security! Sigh.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

Staying at Kaiyuan Resort at Jiulong Lake, the biggest highlight is the beautiful mountain and lake scenery. The resort grounds are spacious and the air is fresh. The rooms are well-equipped and quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, though the taste is just average. The hotel has plenty of activities for kids, making it great for families. There was a bit of a wait during check-in on the weekend, but the overall service attitude was good. It’s perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway from the city hustle and bustle.

I recently stayed at the Cordis Ningbo Dongqian Lake for two nights, and my overall experience was really great. The hotel environment is lovely, and the surroundings are very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The scenery of Dongqian Lake is also very pleasant. During this stay, they even upgraded me to a lake view room, which had fantastic views, beautiful both during the day and in the evening – it really brightened my mood. I especially want to commend Vivi; her service during my stay was incredibly thoughtful. She was very responsive to any requests I had, and communication with her was very comfortable – she wasn't overly enthusiastic or pushy. On the day of check-out, she also helped arrange a late check-out, which was incredibly convenient for my itinerary. The entire check-in process was very smooth, and everything from the room type to the service details added to a wonderful experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my two-night stay; the environment, room, and service were all excellent. It's a hotel I would definitely recommend to friends. If I ever come back to Dongqian Lake in the future, I'll likely choose to stay here again.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Xiangshan was very comfortable overall, everything from the environment and service to the dining made us feel relaxed. The hotel's environment is excellent, especially the swimming pool. It's spacious and the whole atmosphere is very comfortable, perfect for a family vacation. The dining also exceeded expectations, with a rich selection of dishes and good flavors. There's basically no need to go out looking for food. Overall, it's a hotel very suitable for families or those with children, where you can slow down and truly enjoy the hotel's facilities and services. Our experience this time was great, and we'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant! The hotel environment is lovely, the lake view is beautiful and relaxing, and the food in the restaurant was also good. I especially want to commend Livia! She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From the moment I booked, she patiently offered suggestions for room types. When there was a sudden power outage in my room, she quickly helped resolve the issue. She also kindly gave reminders when the breakfast area was crowded. Even when I casually mentioned hoping for a children's play area, she took note and even proactively asked if I needed any children's amenities. Her service wasn't just superficial politeness; she genuinely considered the guests' needs and was very detail-oriented. Knowing she was there to help made everything so much easier. While there are many hotels with great facilities, having such a warm and caring staff member truly enhanced the travel experience! I'll definitely look for her again on my next visit. The family room is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and both bedrooms have TVs, which is very convenient. However, our room faced the road, not the Sanjiang River. I'm not sure if there are also parent-child rooms on the opposite side. The soundproofing is excellent, and we slept well. The room decor has an old-money style. The front desk service was very responsive and friendly. The parking lot is a bit old. The location is convenient; you can walk to Tianyi Square. The popular shops like Jimau Duitang and A Mao Restaurant are also within walking distance, and the food is quite good. It's easy to rent an electric scooter downstairs, and you can ride to the Old Bund, which is also not far if you prefer to walk.
