Visiting this hotel was one of the best parts of traveling to this area! We really enjoyed location , room and SERVICE. Despite the fact that we couldn’t take a breakfast because of early morning train, the owners offered us to make us a pocket with food. It was really really cute!! The biggest advantage of this hotel is also no sounds except nature sounds and chickens. My mind got so relaxed!! I highly reckoned this hotel! If only I had an opportunity to put mark more than 10….. 10/10

The location of the B&B is very good. It is a renovation of an old house. The proprietress is very welcoming. She waited at the gate in advance and helped with the luggage. She treated us like relatives visiting during the Chinese New Year. It felt like home. It is best to stay overnight in the ancient town. It is especially good to visit in the morning and evening.

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

The hotel is located right on Chenghuangmiao Pedestrian Street, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it super convenient. It's great for an evening stroll. We booked a family room, which was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and very clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The facilities were new and complete, with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge – everything you need. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, incorporating local specialties, and tasted delicious. A big shout-out to all the staff, from the front desk to customer service and the restaurant staff – everyone was warm, attentive, and very responsive. We had a fantastic experience.

A very clean, tidy and cost-effective B&B. The proprietress and her family are very straightforward. We avoided the peak period before National Day and the proprietress even upgraded our room! That’s great. The breakfast seafood noodles made by Auntie are also delicious, worth it!

If you're on a business trip or traveling to Ningbo Southern Business District, I highly recommend this hotel! The location is truly impeccable. It's less than 200 meters from the train station to the subway, and downstairs you'll find the core commercial area of the Southern Business District and the Water Street. Every evening at 7 PM, there's a timed musical fountain, creating a fantastic ambiance. The surrounding amenities are excellent. There are numerous coffee shops like Starbucks and Manner, making it convenient to grab a coffee if you're on a business trip. A convenience store is just downstairs, making it hassle-free to pick up daily essentials. In the sunken plaza on the basement level, there's a Yizhierhu Cafe, and their camellia latte is quite unique and worth trying. Right next door is BaWangChaJi, where you can even get the Zhejiang-exclusive 'Fenghao Yingyue' tea. Various dining options are within walking distance, offering a wide range of food, drink, and entertainment choices. The rooms come with windows and a balcony, offering panoramic views of the entire Water Street. The daytime views are expansive, and the night view is even more stunning. The room is clean, tidy, and fully equipped with facilities. Food deliveries are supported by robots that bring them directly to your door, which is smart and efficient. The hotel lobby also has service robots, and the staff are warm and attentive. Subway travel is incredibly convenient. In about half an hour, you can reach popular Ningbo spots like Chenghuang Temple, the Old Bund, and Haiyan North Road directly. Whether for business or a short leisure trip, transportation is very smooth. I always prioritize staying here whenever I'm on a business trip to the Southern Business District. The overall value for money is excellent. Staying here for business or travel means you can handle dining, transportation, and sightseeing all in one place. It's a very comfortable choice for a stay.

It’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

We chose this hotel for a rafting and summer getaway. It's quite remote, a drive of several kilometers up a mountain road after entering the ancient village. The entire route is very natural; if it weren't for the hotel's signs, we almost would have turned back. After about ten minutes of driving, the view suddenly opened up, and a large wooden house served as the hotel lobby. Each guest room is scattered throughout the mountainside, connected by wooden boardwalks. Along the paths, we saw lizards, squirrels, and various insects, and occasionally even water snakes in the pools. In the evenings, we listened to the chirping of insects, and in the mornings, the calls of birds – truly a unique natural experience. In the stream next to the lobby, there were schools of small fish, and my son got hooked on fishing and actually caught quite a few. The only minor drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit outdated.

Choosing this hotel for our vacation in Xiangshan was absolutely worth it! The overall experience was perfect, and the value for money was outstanding. Our butler, Xiao Luo, was incredibly efficient and always helped us quickly with any issues. Although the hotel isn't brand new, the facilities are very well-maintained, and the rooms are spotless. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the common areas were also very clean. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at Crowne Plaza NINGBO XIANGSHAN SEA VIEW by IHG.

I have always wanted to experience the Tree Frog Tribe, but unfortunately it is really difficult to book in summer. I am so lucky to be able to book the last two tree houses during the Spring Festival. The 3 days and 2 nights passed very quickly, and I was really reluctant to leave here. . The kind teachers and enthusiastic staff moved us every moment. The store manager of Tribe is professional and attentive. He has another identity as a barista. The coffee produced by the store manager is really delicious. Mr. Liu, who is in charge of the operation, always made us mistakenly think that he is a professional preschool teacher. He knows how to guide children very well and is very kind. She is very patient and takes good care of every child in the activities she leads. In the past few days, the children have experienced plant dyeing, went up the mountain to chop wood and set up a stove to light a fire, made their own glutinous rice dumplings, made a cabin, and spent time at night bonfire party, etc. I am very grateful that the B&B can arrange such rich activities for the children in winter. Although I have just left, I am already looking forward to coming back here in the summer to experience a richer summer boutique camp. I will definitely come back here this summer.
