"The hotel's interior is beautiful, perfect for photos on a sunny day. The in-room amenities are high-end, like a Dyson hairdryer and LELABO skincare products. The bed was also very comfortable. We stayed in a newly renovated room with a large terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. The travel photographer and butler both requested a positive review, so I'm giving five stars, but I still want to provide an objective assessment. I believe the core issue with the hotel's many negative reviews lies in the details. For example, there were only facial tissues available at the vanity, which was quite inconvenient. The TV couldn't cast, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. When I requested two bath sachets, only one was provided (though they did send another when asked). At the restaurant, when I was packing a breakfast to go, one staff member offered me cutlery and perhaps an extra napkin. Another staff member immediately interjected, saying ”just a pair of chopsticks is fine, no need for these.” I felt really awkward being there. The service is good, but you consistently get a subtle feeling of pettiness. While it's good for staff to be economical, they should also consider the guests' experience. I hope this objective review helps future guests and encourages the hotel to improve its details for a more comfortable stay."

"The location is excellent, and the decor is opulent. The room offered a beautiful river view, and there were quite a few international guests staying. The room amenities were of high quality and well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors, and the bed was very comfortable! The concierge staff were well-trained; their services for welcoming guests, handling luggage, receiving packages, and luggage storage were all thoughtful and meticulous. Aileen was particularly warm and attentive; she upgraded our room and, knowing it was our birthday and anniversary trip, even arranged some room decorations, which we were very pleased with! The welcome fruit selection was abundant, and the snacks were delicious. Housekeeping was quick to respond to requests for supplies, making our stay very pleasant. The breakfast at the Horizon Club on the 28th floor was delicious, and the service from Yasmin, White, and Peter was enthusiastic and attentive – highly commendable! Hotel guests can also purchase set meals at Shang Palace, which are very tasty!"

"My overall experience at Crowne Plaza Ningbo City Center was extremely satisfying, and I must commend Guest Manager Nancy. Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, and you could feel her dedication in every detail. Before my arrival, she proactively upgraded my room and patiently assisted me in registering for the IHG Rewards Club, explaining the member benefits. She also helped me pre-register my car's license plate information, saving me the hassle of doing it upon arrival. Additionally, she prioritized our check-in, significantly improving the efficiency of the process. During my stay, there was a minor issue with the room. After I reported it to Nancy, she responded very quickly and immediately arranged for us to move to a brand-new room. Her efficiency in handling problems was excellent, and it didn't disrupt our rest. The hotel is located in the city center, offering an excellent location with comprehensive dining and shopping options nearby, making transportation very convenient. From the initial communication and check-in to handling unexpected issues, every step made me feel at ease. The service is commendable, earning a five-star rating. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

The bathroom is excellent, with a very well-separated wet and dry area, and the toilet comes with a bidet spray. They even provide a Dyson hairdryer! "Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, the room is spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the separate small room ✌️. The gym equipment is also good, quite large and sufficient. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Stepping into the room felt like coming home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo. Environment: There's construction across the street, but it didn't affect anything at all; there was no noise. The hotel even provides earplugs, which is a nice touch. It's also conveniently located right next to Banji. Service: Miya, my apartment manager, was incredibly dedicated and responsible – thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast at this hotel is also delicious, especially the scallion oil noodles 🍜. "The hotel's location is undoubtedly excellent, situated at Sanjiangkou with views of Ningbo's skyline. The hotel service was also decent. I arrived at the front desk at 1:45 PM for check-in and was told the room wasn't ready, requiring another 46-minute wait. After I insisted, the front desk upgraded me to a room on the 36th floor. Those are the positives; what follows are the hardware facilities that I simply cannot comprehend for a Marriott hotel: After showering, the bathroom completely flooded, and I had to lay towels on the floor to prevent slipping. Half of the bathroom door couldn't be opened, and the lock wouldn't latch. The hotel elevators generally took 3-5 minutes to arrive. As the saying goes, 'sharpening your axe won't delay your chopping,' and it's time for the hotel to consider a moderate renovation to improve its hardware facilities. This experience has somewhat affected my impression of the Marriott Group."

"This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Right outside, you've got the Yinzhou Longhu Tianjie commercial area, and the hotel's basement level connects directly to the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The room offers an amazing view; just open the curtains and you can see the city. Service is super responsive, they're always ready to help, and check-in was a breeze. The staff were all incredibly patient and even helped me with my luggage without me asking. The room also thoughtfully provides bathrobes, a weighing scale, and an umbrella."
