LvxingdeyuzijiangThis hotel is located in Ningbo's Southern Business District, an area with a thriving commercial scene. They even upgraded me to a deluxe king room during a typhoon, and the view was fantastic. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responsive. I booked a package through Ctrip that included breakfast, and it was plentiful. There are also quite a few trendy coffee shops nearby to check out, and Yinzhou Park is close by too. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although I was initially a bit disappointed that there was no ping pong or billiards, the staff handled it very promptly, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. Issues happen, but they were dealt with quickly and with genuine sincerity, which more than made up for it. Truly a five-star hotel experience.

The villa in Phase 2 was fantastic! The environment was lovely, and the two bedrooms were spotless. One of the rooms even had a bathtub, and there was a small riverside patio with a table, chairs, and a parasol. It would be perfect for a family chat out there if the weather was cooler. The hotel service was excellent. When checking in, I added Xianxian, our personal butler, on WeChat. After that, whenever we had a problem or needed a buggy, I just messaged Xianxian on WeChat, and the response was incredibly fast. Thumbs up! The hotel overall has a great resort feel. If you want to use a larger outdoor pool, you can go to their sister hotel, Kaiyuan Resort Jiulong Lake, for a swim.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and quite smart. The soundproofing was excellent, so the room was very quiet. The location is superb, and the price was reasonable, offering great value for money. The common areas were also decent. It was such a thoughtful touch to come back after being out and enjoy a refreshing iced plum and lemon tea in the lobby, especially during the scorching summer heat. They also offer freshly ground coffee. The location is indeed excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. I only had one night in Ningbo, so I went to the Old Bund in the evening and visited Tianyi Pavilion Library during the day, which was a relatively comfortable and not-too-tiring experience. My impression of Atour remains consistently good.

Guest UserThe panoramic terrace suite we booked this time was definitely the best room in the entire hotel. Apparently, there are only two such suites in total, one on the sixth floor and one on the seventh. We got the one on the seventh floor, which is the outermost top-floor position shown in the first picture. The great thing about this location is that it's far from the central area, making it very quiet (the pool area can get quite noisy with activities). The view towards the reservoir is completely open, filled with lush greenery, and the scenery is fantastic. The terrace on the seventh floor is smaller than the one on the sixth, but in exchange, the indoor space is an entire extra room larger. During this Dragon Boat Festival, it was hot and rainy, so having this extra air-conditioned room turned out to be even more practical than the terrace.
I was quite satisfied with the room's facilities and layout. However, there was one issue: on both nights, large flying insects (beetles) somehow got into the room. It seems like there might be a gap somewhere that isn't properly sealed (I don't think we let them in when opening the door, as bugs this size would be very noticeable). I suggest the hotel checks this.
The hotel offers a wealth of activities suitable for families. This time, we mainly enjoyed the lake boat ride, the swimming pool, and go-karts. My child loved it and had a great time, insisting I give a five-star review!
Regarding dining, the breakfast quality doesn't quite match that of a typical five-star hotel, though the variety is decent. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offers average, run-of-the-mill lunch and dinner options, and the prices aren't too expensive. Driving half an hour to Zhenhai offers more choices.
The hotel's butler service was quite attentive, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. The small gift received upon check-out was also a nice touch. Overall, our experience this time was very good.

Guest UserIt’s a B&B that people like at first glance (at least that’s what I think). Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

iambearLongest stay during business trip but probably wont return next time.. the room was not well lit especially the work table.. it was too dark to work with one mediocre table light! There was no a/c in the corridor and it smelled like mold given that it'd been raining for a few days when i was there.. and there was very minimal lighting along the corridor and the lift area.. creepy! The thing that really irked me was the motion detection lighting.. the light would go off even when i was in the toilet.. not cool! The one thing i really enjoyed was the robot sending my delivery meals and necessities to my room haha..

HepbyfNestled in a bamboo-ringed mountain hollow, Xikou Manxiugu B&B ingeniously tucks each forest villa into the hillside, creating a unique and secluded haven. Staying in these hollow villas, you can enjoy snow in winter, mist in spring, cicadas in summer, and autumn leaves, truly embracing the wild. You can imagine yourself as a free bird in the forest or an uninhibited 'wildling' from ancient times, far from the hustle and bustle. Wake up to the morning sun, watch the sunset in the evening, sip tea leisurely, enjoy a glass of wine at night, listen to the rain on the leaves, chat with friends, find romance with a loved one, or simply gaze at the starry sky. It’s simply delightful! I come back every other year for a few days; I arrive feeling weary and leave feeling completely refreshed.
The villas at Manxiugu are diverse in style and shape – from two-story Gothic-inspired spires to charming Baroque wooden cabins. Each room has a pleasant woody fragrance that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. On hot days, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear infinity pool. And the chef's culinary skills are truly exceptional – the food is delicious, not greasy, and incredibly appetizing, all at a reasonable price, so there's no need to dine out. The service philosophy is guest-first, with every request met and every detail handled until you're completely satisfied. I especially want to thank Miss Xiaoyu, who thoughtfully carried our bags and helped us, who aren't so young anymore, settle in comfortably. My detailed rambling is simply because my stay was so comfortable and satisfying, so I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

JienanThis beachfront resort is truly a healing escape. I have to specifically commend the poolside staff – they were consistently kind and enthusiastic, proactively offering drinking water and floats. They even reminded children to stay safe, showing a truly service-oriented approach that made the experience incredibly warm.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch: a prime ocean-view balcony, indoor and outdoor dual swimming pools, and a private beach. It's perfect for families with kids, who could easily spend all day playing. The cleaning was also very meticulous.
The only drawback was the front desk. On weekends, with high guest traffic, there were only a few counters open. The staff's procedures weren't smooth; checking orders and processing check-ins repeatedly got stuck, leading to a nearly 40-minute wait in line.
I recommend the hotel open more front desk windows during peak season and provide better training for the front desk staff to resolve the check-in queue issue. Otherwise, such a wonderful environment could easily be marred by a frustrating check-in process.

Guest UserThe room was nice and clean, the service was very friendly, and after we checked in at the front desk, the staff also helped us take our luggage to the room. It was very quiet at night, which saved me from insomnia. This homestay is very unique. It is located in its own scenic area. The scenery is beautiful and the photos are superb! The location is also easy to find. Hope to come again next time if I have the chance!

HenanxianliguangTraveling with family during New Year's Day, I have to say that since InterContinental took over, the hardware after renovation is indeed very good. The rooms are spacious, equipped with smart toilets, and I even saw cribs for babies.
I want to focus on the service:
1. On the last day, we were in a hurry to leave, and my husband packed the luggage. Men, they don't recognize anything! We left behind a nearly empty bottle of essence water, a newly opened jar of face cream, and a pair of headphones. I only realized the items were missing when I got home. I contacted the butler, who said she would check for me when she was at work and also mentioned that the cleaning staff had already left. The next day, she told me they found the essence water (the nearly empty bottle), but nothing else. My essence and cream were together. If nothing had been found, I would have accepted it, but this is truly hard to comment on. (I've never encountered such a situation in a hotel. At other hotels, even if you deliberately leave something behind, they'll call to ask if you forgot it. I really can't comment here.)
2. We went for breakfast around 10 AM on the second day. We called the front desk, and they said there was no more breakfast. However, when we went down, we saw there was still food, although it was indeed winding down.
3. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel on the second day. We called and the front desk said it was available. But when we arrived, the staff told us there would be a long wait and suggested we eat out. I asked how long the wait usually is based on past experiences, and they replied that they had only been open for two weeks and didn't know. I'm speechless.
