Overall, a great value for the price and a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers."

"Located in Tianyi Square, the heart of Ningbo's downtown, it's super convenient for getting around and there are tons of restaurants nearby. I originally booked for one night, but the hotel staff proactively upgraded me to a river view room. Their excellent service attitude impressed me so much that I extended my stay for another night. The breakfast was also good; while not super extensive, it was more than enough for me. They had eggs, milk, vegetables, fruits, pastries, and even tasty pickles. From the window, you can see the Three Rivers Estuary where the Yao River and Fenghua River meet the Yong River. At night, the colorful lights in the small park downstairs are beautiful too."

"Atour old bund provided best services and quality, cozy clean room! All staff are super friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staffs and the cleaning lady located at 11th floor! Breakfast are very good for value and got a lot of varieties! Location is just located in heart of Ningbo, very convenient and just 30 mins to airport. ( early in the morning). I will definitely rebook this hotel again !"

"The hotel is convenient for transportation, the decoration style is fresh, and the air conditioning has good fresh air. The sound insulation is not good. The X28 room we stayed in is close to the workroom. At 5 o'clock in the morning, two people talked loudly, which affected our rest. The weirdest thing is that the projector started up at 4 o'clock in the morning when it was already turned off. I had to call the front desk lady (the front desk was nice and not impatient). The front desk asked me to unplug the power of the projector to completely turn it off. There are photos as evidence. So I didn't sleep after 4 o'clock. The overall cost performance is good, there is a RT-Mart opposite, and it is convenient to eat around."

A small bottled mineral water and an aromatherapy diffuser sit on the ivory vanity, and the bone china tea set steams gently; every detail exudes thoughtful warmth. The faint sound of a piano drifts from the end of the hallway, mingling with the soft hum of traffic outside, which paradoxically makes the room feel even more tranquil. Shedding the dust of travel, I lean back against the headboard, the soft pillow perfectly cradling my tired shoulders and neck. No need to rush the itinerary, no need for polite small talk; in this moment, this small space is my own private world. 李李彩虹This was a lovely hotel in some ways but it’s also a bit misleading. We had an upgrade and our room was lovely the bed was superb and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff were super helpful and a credit to the hotel group. The staff did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we’re very happy to help us with anything we needed. The location is in a somewhat rundown scenic area that is themed to look like a Chinese water town but so many things are closed and it lacked atmosphere. The promotional video doesn’t match what it was like. We did stay when weather was bad (raining all the 2 days) during the week and not in a holiday period so having not much to do on site and it being very quiet did impact the experience. However we did use the time just to recharge and relax in the very comfortable room as we had a few energetic days walking in our previous location. I would also say the activities that were on catered to children so I think this is more a family holiday destination and probably great if you have a car which we didn’t. Little touches that were nice was some complimentary fruit on arrival, the afternoon tea and some lovely local snacks given to us when we checked out.

GGuest UserSince it wasn't a holiday, there were very few people and many activities were suspended. Parents traveling with children should take note of this. The amusement park and pet-friendly areas were still open, but the outdoor water park was closed. The indoor pool was available, and the upside of fewer people was more tranquility. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll have to go to nearby attractions for local farmhouse dishes or eat at the hotel's restaurants. The hotel's breakfast was quite good. Our housekeeper, Chenchen, who was assigned to us upon check-in, was very enthusiastic and always willing to help. The hotel environment is lovely, and the walking trails are refreshing. The room facilities are complete but a bit dated. We even received a souvenir upon checkout, which was a nice touch!

MMarvin_wanMy first and last time to stay this hotel. I expect Atour is a good chain hotel in China because I had several good experiences with other Atour. This night was my nightmare. I’ve already had a bad sleep in red eye flight before staying in this hotel. This hotel even worse. The next room keep shouting and smoking. A lot of smoke come inside my room even window is closed. I call 2 times to reception to settle but still nobody settle that. I have to leave the room until I feel choking. I ask the reception to change another room. Very bad experience! Hotel room is old, toilet shower screen cannot block the water to leak out. Mattress is extremely soft.

GGuest UserI booked two twin mountain-view rooms and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious family ocean-view room. It had bunk beds and an extra-large main bed, probably 2.6 meters wide, made by combining two 1.3-meter beds. The room had double sinks, which was super convenient. There was also a sofa and a desk, perfect for the kids to do their homework. The balcony even had a round sofa, very relaxing. The hotel service was excellent, and the kids had a blast playing in the sand with the provided digging tools. There's also a mudflat right next door, and playing in the mud was a lot of fun!

TTom2501The hotel is close to the Southern business district metro and the area by the river looks spectacular at night. The room was of a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The shower floor was extremely slippery, especially for children and the toilet wasn't working on one side of the flush mechanism. With a bit of attention to detail, the room would have been great. The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It was all cold and left for a long time. I guess you have to go very early to see the best of it. The location is great, the staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. For a low price hotel, it was a good stay.

ZZhuxiaoyiEvery room here in the valley has a balcony, offering incredible views of the mountains. On the first day, it rained and was beautifully foggy, then the next day was perfectly sunny! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and their service was very thoughtful. The restaurant wasn't open the night we arrived, so we got to enjoy some complimentary dishes made by Auntie – it was absolutely wonderful 🩷. The next day, they even arranged a ride for us to the high-speed rail station. There's so much to do within the resort, and you can even hike up the winding mountain road outside to a spot where you can 'shout at the mountains' (presumably a scenic viewpoint). We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserIt was my first time to book a B&B, and I was moved by the enthusiasm and simplicity of the owner, Xiao Wu and the aunts! We checked in very late, and Xiao Wu came out to pick us up. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so a bonfire was lit in front of the B&B. The owner also provided us with luminous pearls, fairy sticks and other fireworks to play with. The rice cake slices in the store are really delicious hahahahaha! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with other guests, making fire, watching movies, and setting off fireworks! Overall, I feel like this B&B is very good, and it might be more interesting in summer! Thank you to the owner and all the staff in the store and we look forward to seeing you again!

HHenanxianliguangTraveling with family during New Year's Day, I have to say that since InterContinental took over, the hardware after renovation is indeed very good. The rooms are spacious, equipped with smart toilets, and I even saw cribs for babies. I want to focus on the service: 1. On the last day, we were in a hurry to leave, and my husband packed the luggage. Men, they don't recognize anything! We left behind a nearly empty bottle of essence water, a newly opened jar of face cream, and a pair of headphones. I only realized the items were missing when I got home. I contacted the butler, who said she would check for me when she was at work and also mentioned that the cleaning staff had already left. The next day, she told me they found the essence water (the nearly empty bottle), but nothing else. My essence and cream were together. If nothing had been found, I would have accepted it, but this is truly hard to comment on. (I've never encountered such a situation in a hotel. At other hotels, even if you deliberately leave something behind, they'll call to ask if you forgot it. I really can't comment here.) 2. We went for breakfast around 10 AM on the second day. We called the front desk, and they said there was no more breakfast. However, when we went down, we saw there was still food, although it was indeed winding down. 3. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel on the second day. We called and the front desk said it was available. But when we arrived, the staff told us there would be a long wait and suggested we eat out. I asked how long the wait usually is based on past experiences, and they replied that they had only been open for two weeks and didn't know. I'm speechless.
