"I couldn’t leave! The views ,the beautiful spacious rooms! A 10/10 from me. It is absolutely perfect for a photoshoot, I took so many nice photos. I had such a great experience, the staff is really friendly. When I ordered food they sent it to my room immediately after delivery. Communication with the staff was flawless , they used a translator, others can speak English.Fast and quick check in process . Xinyi was so nice, very helpful. Breakfast was good, but hopefully there can be more western food in the restaurant. There’s a big shopping mall next to the hotel, walkable distance which makes the location even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel's location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway exit, and it's super convenient to get to both the train station and the airport. Right downstairs, there's a lovely park that leads directly to the Old Bund, and in the other direction is Tianyi Square, which has tons of dining options. We barely needed any transportation in Ningbo; everything we wanted to visit was right around the hotel. 😂
The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk even gave us a free room upgrade.
The only downsides were the poor soundproofing of the windows, which faced both the road and the Old Bund. The noise from cars and people singing at the Bund was quite loud, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Also, the breakfast selection was very limited, with hardly any choices."

The faint sound of a piano drifts from the end of the hallway, mingling with the soft hum of traffic outside, which paradoxically makes the room feel even more tranquil. Shedding the dust of travel, I lean back against the headboard, the soft pillow perfectly cradling my tired shoulders and neck. No need to rush the itinerary, no need for polite small talk; in this moment, this small space is my own private world. The hotel is nestled within the Zhengshi Shiqifang Scenic Area in Shiqifang Village, Zhenhai District, right by Jiulong Lake. It's surrounded by mountains and water, offering a superb environment. Driving there is quite convenient, with a spacious surface parking lot that includes plenty of spots and even EV charging stations.
Service:
The service here is truly commendable. I've been many times, and now they offer a butler service. Our butler, Xianxian, provided excellent and attentive service. All our questions were quickly communicated and resolved. She also friendly reminded us about hotel itineraries and activities.
Room & Facilities:
The hotel and room facilities are very new. The indoor areas are well-maintained, and the bedding is great, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The room comes with a bathtub and a small private courtyard, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is quite abundant. Even with many guests, the food was always replenished promptly, and the dishes were good.
Restaurant:
There's a restaurant called 'Zheng's Kitchen.' Their yellow croaker seafood noodles are incredibly fresh, and other dishes also taste good. The value for money is decent.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, specifically the Ningbo Drum Tower branch, and its location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from Drum Tower Metro Station, and everything you need is conveniently close by. It's very near Tianyi Square, Drum Tower itself, and Tianyi Pavilion. The hotel staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly polite. Breakfast offered a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options. There are tons of great restaurants nearby, including some of Ningbo's most popular seafood spots within walking distance. This being my first visit to Ningbo, I've developed a real fondness for the city and plan to come back often for the seafood.

GGuest UserI managed to snag a room voucher for over 500 yuan, which was definitely worth it! There's so much for kids to do, with a water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and a beach. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and beautifully presented. However, if I had paid over 2000 yuan during the summer, I'd feel it wasn't quite worth it. During peak season, it gets very crowded, and the staff training could use some improvement. The hotel itself is split into two buildings, and the routes to the water park and beach are different, some one-way, some two-way. Hotel staff gave us wrong directions, and we ended up walking a long way in the rain and heat.

Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

IiambearLongest stay during business trip but probably wont return next time.. the room was not well lit especially the work table.. it was too dark to work with one mediocre table light! There was no a/c in the corridor and it smelled like mold given that it'd been raining for a few days when i was there.. and there was very minimal lighting along the corridor and the lift area.. creepy! The thing that really irked me was the motion detection lighting.. the light would go off even when i was in the toilet.. not cool! The one thing i really enjoyed was the robot sending my delivery meals and necessities to my room haha..

GGuest UserOur trip this time was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel is nestled in a valley that the owner has essentially privatized. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with lush green forests, babbling brooks, quaint bridges, and a variety of colorful flowers. It’s perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Each room is a detached unit, offering guests their own private space and a balcony with a beautiful view.
And let me tell you, the food here is delicious! We had bamboo shoot braised pork made with freshly dug bamboo shoots in the morning. It was my first time having such tender and fresh bamboo shoots, seriously, haha! We ended up ordering it for two consecutive days. I’ll definitely miss these bamboo shoots when I go back home! The breakfast was also exceptionally good.
The service here is also excellent; the housekeepers are all very warm and attentive! We arrived by high-speed train, and it’s a bit difficult to get a taxi here. The housekeeper kindly arranged transportation for us both ways, and I'm very grateful for that 🥹. It also happened to be my boyfriend's birthday during our stay. After I mentioned it to the housekeeper, he helped arrange a cake for us, making our little birthday wish come true!
Overall, the experience was fantastic. However, since it's in the mountains, you might encounter a few small insects in the room. Just call the housekeeper, and they'll take care of it promptly. If you can accept this, it's not a big issue. Lastly, it would be even better if there was a shuttle service at Xikou High-Speed Rail Station, as getting a taxi here during holidays can be challenging if you're not driving yourself.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to book a B&B, and I was moved by the enthusiasm and simplicity of the owner, Xiao Wu and the aunts! We checked in very late, and Xiao Wu came out to pick us up. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so a bonfire was lit in front of the B&B. The owner also provided us with luminous pearls, fairy sticks and other fireworks to play with. The rice cake slices in the store are really delicious hahahahaha! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with other guests, making fire, watching movies, and setting off fireworks!
Overall, I feel like this B&B is very good, and it might be more interesting in summer! Thank you to the owner and all the staff in the store and we look forward to seeing you again!

HHenanxianliguangTraveling with family during New Year's Day, I have to say that since InterContinental took over, the hardware after renovation is indeed very good. The rooms are spacious, equipped with smart toilets, and I even saw cribs for babies.
I want to focus on the service:
1. On the last day, we were in a hurry to leave, and my husband packed the luggage. Men, they don't recognize anything! We left behind a nearly empty bottle of essence water, a newly opened jar of face cream, and a pair of headphones. I only realized the items were missing when I got home. I contacted the butler, who said she would check for me when she was at work and also mentioned that the cleaning staff had already left. The next day, she told me they found the essence water (the nearly empty bottle), but nothing else. My essence and cream were together. If nothing had been found, I would have accepted it, but this is truly hard to comment on. (I've never encountered such a situation in a hotel. At other hotels, even if you deliberately leave something behind, they'll call to ask if you forgot it. I really can't comment here.)
2. We went for breakfast around 10 AM on the second day. We called the front desk, and they said there was no more breakfast. However, when we went down, we saw there was still food, although it was indeed winding down.
3. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel on the second day. We called and the front desk said it was available. But when we arrived, the staff told us there would be a long wait and suggested we eat out. I asked how long the wait usually is based on past experiences, and they replied that they had only been open for two weeks and didn't know. I'm speechless.
