"Really thankful for the staffs, all of them was very helpful. As foreigners who dont have china number, the hotel staffs kindly provided a number for us to use so that we could order delivery. The room was very big and cleanliness was done well everyday too. Location was also pretty ideal, surrounded by 2 shopping malls and the ride to various tourist attractions was pretty short too / of acceptable distance and timing. We left a bottle there with intention to throw it away/leave at the hotel , but the staffs went out of their way to contact me about it. 🫡 这家酒店整体体验超出预期，位置很好交通便利，出门办事游玩都很方便。管家小权服务都很贴心热情，响应及时。早餐种类多、口味在线，吃得很舒服。房间干净安静，住着舒心，性价比很高，值得推荐。 非常感谢贵酒店对我们热烈的招待，工作人员都非常友善及热心. 身为外国人的我们很感谢酒店能给我们提供一个中国号码好让我们叫外卖 真的很感谢✌️退房的时候留了一瓶水壶 （我们其实不要了想丢掉) 但工作人员还联系了我们确认一下 真的很开心能够在宁波有这么好的入住体验 如果下次来一定会再次光顾~ 如果在别的城市有分店的话一定会去支持的！！！"

"The hotel's location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway exit, and it's super convenient to get to both the train station and the airport. Right downstairs, there's a lovely park that leads directly to the Old Bund, and in the other direction is Tianyi Square, which has tons of dining options. We barely needed any transportation in Ningbo; everything we wanted to visit was right around the hotel. 😂 The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk even gave us a free room upgrade. The only downsides were the poor soundproofing of the windows, which faced both the road and the Old Bund. The noise from cars and people singing at the Bund was quite loud, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Also, the breakfast selection was very limited, with hardly any choices."

It's truly delightful when all three align perfectly, which is exactly what happened during my recent stay in Ningbo. From the moment I stepped through the main entrance to interacting with the front desk and floor staff, their willingness to assist with every request was heartwarming. Ms. Wang Yingcong at the front desk noticed my mobility challenges and my age, and for several days, she consistently showed concern and proactively resolved any necessary issues, which deeply touched us. Employees with such a strong service-oriented mindset and work ethic deserve high praise. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserLocation & Transportation: The hotel is nestled within the Zhengshi Shiqifang Scenic Area in Shiqifang Village, Zhenhai District, right by Jiulong Lake. It's surrounded by mountains and water, offering a superb environment. Driving there is quite convenient, with a spacious surface parking lot that includes plenty of spots and even EV charging stations. Service: The service here is truly commendable. I've been many times, and now they offer a butler service. Our butler, Xianxian, provided excellent and attentive service. All our questions were quickly communicated and resolved. She also friendly reminded us about hotel itineraries and activities. Room & Facilities: The hotel and room facilities are very new. The indoor areas are well-maintained, and the bedding is great, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The room comes with a bathtub and a small private courtyard, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast: Breakfast is quite abundant. Even with many guests, the food was always replenished promptly, and the dishes were good. Restaurant: There's a restaurant called 'Zheng's Kitchen.' Their yellow croaker seafood noodles are incredibly fresh, and other dishes also taste good. The value for money is decent.

BbaobaozzyBooked a queen room and got a free upgrade to a queen room facing Tianyi Square. The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was very generous. They also offer late-night congee, and replenish toiletries daily. The location is incredibly convenient, right by Gulou metro station which connects to Lines 1 and 2, making it super easy to get to Tianyi Square, Chenghuang Temple, and the Old Bund. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI managed to snag a room voucher for over 500 yuan, which was definitely worth it! There's so much for kids to do, with a water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and a beach. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and beautifully presented. However, if I had paid over 2000 yuan during the summer, I'd feel it wasn't quite worth it. During peak season, it gets very crowded, and the staff training could use some improvement. The hotel itself is split into two buildings, and the routes to the water park and beach are different, some one-way, some two-way. Hotel staff gave us wrong directions, and we ended up walking a long way in the rain and heat.

GGuest UserThe lake view is beautiful, and the room is very spacious, complete with a bathtub. There are plenty of facilities for kids, and the swimming pool is huge. In the lobby, children can watch cartoons, and in the evenings, there are ring toss and 'touhu' (pitch-pot) games. The birthday decorations were adorable!

TTom2501The hotel is close to the Southern business district metro and the area by the river looks spectacular at night. The room was of a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The shower floor was extremely slippery, especially for children and the toilet wasn't working on one side of the flush mechanism. With a bit of attention to detail, the room would have been great. The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It was all cold and left for a long time. I guess you have to go very early to see the best of it. The location is great, the staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. For a low price hotel, it was a good stay.

ZZhuxiaoyiEvery room here in the valley has a balcony, offering incredible views of the mountains. On the first day, it rained and was beautifully foggy, then the next day was perfectly sunny! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and their service was very thoughtful. The restaurant wasn't open the night we arrived, so we got to enjoy some complimentary dishes made by Auntie – it was absolutely wonderful 🩷. The next day, they even arranged a ride for us to the high-speed rail station. There's so much to do within the resort, and you can even hike up the winding mountain road outside to a spot where you can 'shout at the mountains' (presumably a scenic viewpoint). We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it to everyone!

XXiaobeiniThe hotel's location on Dongqian Lake is a bit out of the way, but it's not a huge area to begin with, so it's not really that far. Some of the hotel rooms are located within Songbo Garden, offering beautiful views every time you come and go. The room facilities are excellent, except for the coffee machine. The hygiene is also very good. The outdoor private hot spring water circulates, and there's a roof overhead so you can enjoy it even on rainy days. I saw reviews mentioning a lack of privacy, so I specifically brought a swimsuit, but ended up not needing it. There are no lights on the mountain at night, so no one walks around. People upstairs definitely can't see in; it might also depend on the room type. The hotel's shuttle service is a bit infrequent; you often have to wait over ten minutes. On nice days, I'd just walk to the lobby, but on bad days, waiting that long was a bit frustrating. The breakfast selection is average, but the taste is very good. The front desk service could use some improvement. The lack of an indoor pool means there's not much for adults to do for leisure on rainy days.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to book a B&B, and I was moved by the enthusiasm and simplicity of the owner, Xiao Wu and the aunts! We checked in very late, and Xiao Wu came out to pick us up. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so a bonfire was lit in front of the B&B. The owner also provided us with luminous pearls, fairy sticks and other fireworks to play with. The rice cake slices in the store are really delicious hahahahaha! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with other guests, making fire, watching movies, and setting off fireworks! Overall, I feel like this B&B is very good, and it might be more interesting in summer! Thank you to the owner and all the staff in the store and we look forward to seeing you again!
