"The room is near the Old Bund, about a kilometer walk away, and Raffles is across the street. The location is super good. There was a small incident when I first checked in, but the front desk manager handled it very thoughtfully. If you need anything, you can ask and it will be delivered immediately. The robot is as hardworking as the hotel staff. The breakfast is very rich, with many kinds of fruits, and the midnight snack is a little worse. The black tea in the room is super delicious! ! Parking requires several laps to get to the third floor underground, which is a little troublesome. Overall, I am very satisfied. Next time I come to Ningbo, I will choose this hotel again. "The hotel is convenient for transportation, the decoration style is fresh, and the air conditioning has good fresh air. The sound insulation is not good. The X28 room we stayed in is close to the workroom. At 5 o'clock in the morning, two people talked loudly, which affected our rest. The weirdest thing is that the projector started up at 4 o'clock in the morning when it was already turned off. I had to call the front desk lady (the front desk was nice and not impatient). The front desk asked me to unplug the power of the projector to completely turn it off. There are photos as evidence. So I didn't sleep after 4 o'clock.
The overall cost performance is good, there is a RT-Mart opposite, and it is convenient to eat around."

A small bottled mineral water and an aromatherapy diffuser sit on the ivory vanity, and the bone china tea set steams gently; every detail exudes thoughtful warmth. The faint sound of a piano drifts from the end of the hallway, mingling with the soft hum of traffic outside, which paradoxically makes the room feel even more tranquil. Shedding the dust of travel, I lean back against the headboard, the soft pillow perfectly cradling my tired shoulders and neck. No need to rush the itinerary, no need for polite small talk; in this moment, this small space is my own private world. ZZhangmin0828We stayed in the charming first-phase wooden buildings. The soundproofing wasn't great, but the room was quite spacious. Since it was a weekday when we visited, there were plenty of rooms available, and the front desk staff (Xiao Sun) tried their best to accommodate our requests, which we really appreciated. There are quite a few sights to see, so it's pleasant to just wander around. In the evenings, there are activities like watching ladies in traditional costumes dance.
Regarding service, I honestly have to say that Wang Hao (who drives the golf cart) stood out. While the front desk was assigning our room (they asked him to help with our luggage and escort us), he proactively greeted us and gave us a detailed introduction to the accommodation area, breakfast, special attractions, and other restaurant locations using the park map. Since a family member uses a wheelchair, when we encountered him on the road the next day, he saw us pushing the wheelchair and realized we might have to take a longer route. He actively and enthusiastically used his pager to have another staff member open an electronic gate (for golf carts), which greatly convenient for us. His initiative and excellent service-mindedness, along with his bilingual Ningoese and Mandarin skills, truly make Xiao Wang fantastic! 👍

GGuest UserSince it wasn't a holiday, there were very few people and many activities were suspended. Parents traveling with children should take note of this. The amusement park and pet-friendly areas were still open, but the outdoor water park was closed. The indoor pool was available, and the upside of fewer people was more tranquility. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll have to go to nearby attractions for local farmhouse dishes or eat at the hotel's restaurants. The hotel's breakfast was quite good. Our housekeeper, Chenchen, who was assigned to us upon check-in, was very enthusiastic and always willing to help. The hotel environment is lovely, and the walking trails are refreshing. The room facilities are complete but a bit dated. We even received a souvenir upon checkout, which was a nice touch!

KKekeailvyououCame to Ningbo with my sister and staying near Tianyi Square is super convenient! After comparing many options, I booked the Atour Hotel near Tianyi, and it truly is incredibly convenient.
The subway station is right downstairs, and it's very close to Tianyi Square! Everything about it is great. The service is also excellent, and it has all the facilities you could need!
They have complimentary tea and popcorn in the lobby, which is such a thoughtful touch. There's also a 'Zhuju' (bamboo study) on the first floor with lots of books, perfect for relaxing and reading.
The hotel also has a gym, laundry area, tea room, and more. Plus, they have robots delivering takeout, which I absolutely loved!
The room was very tidy, and all the toiletries were provided. The hairdryer was even a Dyson! The hotel room was also very spacious, and you could see Tianyi Square as soon as you opened the window!! It also came with a 65-inch smart TV for screen mirroring and wireless charging.
The breakfast was incredibly delicious! They had not only clay pot noodles but also small wontons. The black pork buns were so fragrant too! The biggest surprise was the douhua (tofu pudding). They offered a wide variety of breakfast options.

GGuest UserI booked two twin mountain-view rooms and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious family ocean-view room. It had bunk beds and an extra-large main bed, probably 2.6 meters wide, made by combining two 1.3-meter beds. The room had double sinks, which was super convenient. There was also a sofa and a desk, perfect for the kids to do their homework. The balcony even had a round sofa, very relaxing. The hotel service was excellent, and the kids had a blast playing in the sand with the provided digging tools. There's also a mudflat right next door, and playing in the mud was a lot of fun!

Whether it’s the facilities in the room or the scenery at the door (right next to the Qixiakeng Ancient Road), I think this visit is worth it! The food is also very delicious. My child didn’t even take a few bites of the food he ordered from a small restaurant near Xikou last year. It was not to his liking and it was also noisy. Unexpectedly, the chopsticks didn’t stop today, which means it’s very delicious and indeed in line with our taste. , How can taro be so pink and waxy! Delicious! We are already discussing how to come and stay for a few days during the summer vacation. In summer, we can play in the small stream in front of our house! Walking around the ancient village in the evening has a beautiful artistic conception! Anyway, it’s a comfortable stay and a comfortable environment. Get up and go hiking on the Qixiakeng Ancient Trail after breakfast tomorrow, which is the perfect end to this two-day and one-night short trip! Goodbye in the summer~

The shower floor was extremely slippery, especially for children and the toilet wasn't working on one side of the flush mechanism. With a bit of attention to detail, the room would have been great.
The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It was all cold and left for a long time. I guess you have to go very early to see the best of it.
The location is great, the staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. For a low price hotel, it was a good stay.

GGuest UserOur trip this time was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel is nestled in a valley that the owner has essentially privatized. The scenery is absolutely stunning, with lush green forests, babbling brooks, quaint bridges, and a variety of colorful flowers. It’s perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Each room is a detached unit, offering guests their own private space and a balcony with a beautiful view.
And let me tell you, the food here is delicious! We had bamboo shoot braised pork made with freshly dug bamboo shoots in the morning. It was my first time having such tender and fresh bamboo shoots, seriously, haha! We ended up ordering it for two consecutive days. I’ll definitely miss these bamboo shoots when I go back home! The breakfast was also exceptionally good.
The service here is also excellent; the housekeepers are all very warm and attentive! We arrived by high-speed train, and it’s a bit difficult to get a taxi here. The housekeeper kindly arranged transportation for us both ways, and I'm very grateful for that 🥹. It also happened to be my boyfriend's birthday during our stay. After I mentioned it to the housekeeper, he helped arrange a cake for us, making our little birthday wish come true!
Overall, the experience was fantastic. However, since it's in the mountains, you might encounter a few small insects in the room. Just call the housekeeper, and they'll take care of it promptly. If you can accept this, it's not a big issue. Lastly, it would be even better if there was a shuttle service at Xikou High-Speed Rail Station, as getting a taxi here during holidays can be challenging if you're not driving yourself.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to book a B&B, and I was moved by the enthusiasm and simplicity of the owner, Xiao Wu and the aunts! We checked in very late, and Xiao Wu came out to pick us up. It happened to be New Year's Eve, so a bonfire was lit in front of the B&B. The owner also provided us with luminous pearls, fairy sticks and other fireworks to play with. The rice cake slices in the store are really delicious hahahahaha! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with other guests, making fire, watching movies, and setting off fireworks!
Overall, I feel like this B&B is very good, and it might be more interesting in summer! Thank you to the owner and all the staff in the store and we look forward to seeing you again!

XXiaobeiniThe hotel's location on Dongqian Lake is a bit out of the way, but it's not a huge area to begin with, so it's not really that far. Some of the hotel rooms are located within Songbo Garden, offering beautiful views every time you come and go.
The room facilities are excellent, except for the coffee machine. The hygiene is also very good. The outdoor private hot spring water circulates, and there's a roof overhead so you can enjoy it even on rainy days. I saw reviews mentioning a lack of privacy, so I specifically brought a swimsuit, but ended up not needing it. There are no lights on the mountain at night, so no one walks around. People upstairs definitely can't see in; it might also depend on the room type.
The hotel's shuttle service is a bit infrequent; you often have to wait over ten minutes. On nice days, I'd just walk to the lobby, but on bad days, waiting that long was a bit frustrating. The breakfast selection is average, but the taste is very good. The front desk service could use some improvement. The lack of an indoor pool means there's not much for adults to do for leisure on rainy days.
