Got a free upgrade from the staff. This hotel is amazing ad it’s very convenient to travel around. However spotted some dirts in the sink and there are some design flaws in the room (e.g there are 2 sinks, 1 with mirror, 1 without; bathroom lights are controlled with ONE button only, so you either turn on every single lights in the bathroom, or it would be very dark). The bath tub is awesome with a spectacular view.

Nice hotel with tasty breakfest. Unfortunately some troubles with English speaking staff but finally all problems are solved. Wi-Fi could registered only if you have a Chinese mobile phone number.
Especially liked small ducks in the bathroom))

Everything else is good, but the service level at the front desk is too poor. They greet foreigners with a smile and have a bad attitude towards Chinese people! I have been working abroad for a long time. When I checked in on this business trip, I was told that my passport is not a valid document. If I change my foreign nationality, I can be a foreigner, but I am not allowed to check in with a Chinese passport. Belittling the value of Chinese passports and being said not to be valid documents is unheard of by this family alone. All my high-speed rail tickets and passports for staying in hotels in other cities can be used. Passports are also valid personal documents issued by the Ministry of Public Security. This kind of lack of common sense, self-deprecating, and poor business situation is really outrageous. It is said that the Chinese want to improve their status abroad, but there is still such an existence in China. Please do a good job in staff training.
