My family chose Ningbo for our Chinese New Year holiday, and we stayed at the Xinzhi Hotel. After a few days, I must commend every aspect of our stay, from the staff's service attitude and the hotel's location to the room's design and layout, and the overall breakfast offerings. We truly felt at home! 1. The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right by Metro Line 4 and bus stops, and Line 6 is just a 150-meter walk away. It's super easy to get to attractions like Tianyi Pavilion and the Old Bund, or for shopping and leisure at Tianyi Plaza. 2. The guest rooms are warm and elegant. The layout is well-designed, and there's plenty of natural light. The decor subtly incorporates a touch of Jiangnan charm, making it feel especially fresh. The room was meticulously clean, and the facilities were well-maintained and felt new, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The room even came with an air purifier, and on our first day, we received welcome fruit and snacks for the kids. 3. Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! The variety was extensive, with everything from Chinese dim sum and porridge to Western pastries and salads. The local specialty breakfast items were particularly authentic. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors catered to both northern and southern tastes. Breakfast became something to look forward to every day. 4. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. From check-in guidance to everyday inquiries, their professionalism and meticulousness were evident. They were still working diligently during the Chinese New Year period and even presented us with a small New Year gift, which felt especially heartwarming. This stay significantly improved my impression of Ningbo. The Xinzhi Hotel not only has excellent facilities but also demonstrates genuine sincerity in its service and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. They have self-service check-in machines, which are convenient and fast. They even have robots to deliver things, which is quick and hassle-free, very nice. They also extended our check-out time a bit, which was very thoughtful. The lobby environment is quite pleasant too.

I specifically chose a hotel close to the concert venue to see Yuki Hsu. When I booked, I requested a quiet room. To my surprise, upon checking in, I found my room right next to an elevated highway. Opening the window was out of the question; it would have been deafeningly loud. I contacted Trip.com to have them communicate with the hotel. Eventually, I was moved to a 'river view' room, which sounds nice, but it wasn't quiet either. Below my window was the outdoor unit of the central air conditioning system. Since I was only staying one night, I decided to just make do. The cushion on the chair was covered in a thick, dark, oily film, and the furniture was also black. I really didn't want to touch anything; it all looked greasy.

Excellent location, very convenient for getting around. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, and the service from the staff is professional and attentive. The hotel environment is elegant, and the soundproofing is good, making it very quiet at night. The facilities are new and complete, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The value for money is absolutely fantastic. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and the cleanliness ensures a great stay.

If you drive by yourself, it is not far from the nearby business district, Baoguo Temple and other attractions. The decoration of the hotel lobby is very airy, the combination of table and chair ornaments and the color of the floor, so that I just entered the door, I really shocked a little, the back corridor can also take pictures for me, no matter how I drive ten kilometers more to choose you. The room is small and intelligently remote, and the hotel is also equipped with free fruit and milk. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't want to get up on the bed the next morning. I was very satisfied with this. Let's talk about the shortcomings. The front desk of the hotel does not have a freezer, so hot days want a bottle of refrigerated water. I am talking about my most speechless, the hotel's shower is not blocked, there is a large hole in the middle of the water, and most of the small hole does not nourish water. I hope that it can be cleaned up after the off-season.

We have booked for several days in a row, but every day we go out and come back for the holiday will be cleaned. We will clean it without telling us. We will not care about it because we live continuously. The experience will double; After staying for so many times, the proprietress’s house is one of the few hotels with shower gel, conditioner and shampoo. Also, there are birds calling every morning outside the window. On the first morning, I thought it was the alarm clock next door. It turned out to be the sound from nature. The most important point is that the proprietress is very good. Because the light rain plane is late, we negotiated with the proprietress whether we can check out a little late. The proprietress promised no problem in one breath. It was really great. Next time I come to Ningbo, I will come here. The price is really affordable.
