We booked a family suite, very spacious and clean. We loved the interior design. Especially the lake view from our beds. Breakfast was a fixed set, decent and delicious.

One of the hidden gem, stay at the new wing of the hotel, the staff, Lamei, Duzhi, and Xiaola, were extremely friendly and helpful. Room has double glazed doors which open up to the baloney overlooking the Lugu Lake. Moreover the hotel has clothes dryer.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, smart room/toilet. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - a local set, and night desserts were a nice touch. Would recommend as a choice stay in Lugu Lake area

This hotel is exceptional. The location is no comparison. The service is wonderful. We are amazed by the design of the room. It is detail oriented and everywhere in the room has a exquisite touch. You could tell the owner of the hotel has a very fine taste. We like the way they operate their business. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dessert at night are all well prepared but no waste. Strongly recommended.
