The hotel room is spacious and the view is fantastic, service is excellent and the hotel staff are great. The only set back is that cleanliness is a bit lack off, the hotel floor is dusty and sticky, the window glass is not clean.

We booked a twin room with a sea view and it was definitely worth it! The room was super spacious with views directly of the mountain and the lake. Staff were super helpful - special call out to Mr Zhang who helped take wonderful tourist shots for my mum! Would definitely recommend to any type of travellers!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hospitality was outstanding. The butler Bajin八斤 was extremely friendly and made us feel like VIPs, as if we were at a 5-star establishment. They were always there to pick us up and take us to where we needed to go. Everything about the hotel was great, and the view was simply fantastic! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

服務員八斤和卓瑪很熱情也很用心地招待我們。酒店環境很乾凈，風景也很迷人，唯一美中不足的是房間裏二樓很熱，多虧八斤給我們抬了一架空調上來才稍微涼快一些。酒店還可以租借衣服拍照，八斤的拍照技術真的很不錯，都很出片！整體的住宿體驗是很好的，值得推薦！
