Niseko Northern Resort, An'Nupuri Reviews

The hotel staff service at the reception was very good and listened to our requests. The omelette and croissants at breakfast were yummy! Quiet environment in the hotel. On the second day of snowboarding, we bought two lift pass for 5 hours. The gondola did not open and only the jumbo chairlift and the baby chairlift opened. We started sharp at 9am and rode 2 rides on the jumbo chair lift. It shut down due to wind when we tried to get on the third ride. It’s not the first time we experienced this. They kept shutting the chairlifts around 1.5 hrs after we bought the pass! They should know it’s gonna be windy and have weather and should not opened ticketing at all. Therefore during the 3 nights stay, we only managed to snowboard for 1.5 days properly and wasted a whole day ticket.

Hotel location is nice, just next to the skiing place. The breakfast is nice with different variety Onsen is nice and enjoyable after ski. Downside, without own transport, can only rely on the niseko shuttle bus which has limited time slot and rushing for next activity. Overall is a good stay.

Just right next to Annupuri skiing place, with ski rental and locker for hotel guests just within the hotel. Restaurant offers great choice of options and a nice lounge offering great view and drinks. The hotel room has a stunning view too, the only comment is it would be better if hotel can upgrade the linen and charger to include usb hub by the bed side.

Location! Location! Location ! In-out ski is amazing ! Your own locker access is super convenient. changing room - washroom are available right by the locker area. Onsen ( hot bath ) is super nice with the beautiful outdoor tree view. So refreshing after a day of skiing. Buffet is tasty with variety choices. Love to come back again and again.

Very Japanese hotel. Great location with ski and ski out. Food was very good. Rooms are very Japanese and spartan. But functionally has everything needed. Very happy with the results.

Fantastic hotel. Breakfast was superb and you can come back for lunch (Niseko doesn’t have too many food options that are easily accessible after skiing). Onsen was fantastic though they charge 150yen each visit.

Comfortable stay. Very convenient with all the amenities and services easily available in the resort.

Convenient for ski in ski out right outside hotel with guest locker to keep ski equipment. Room is clean and comfortable.

A Ski-in Ski-out hotel. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great view to start the day. Contrary to some reviews, the hotel seems relatively new and well-maintained. However, I did find the onsen to be a bit small compared to my expectations. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
