The location is great, easy access from the high way, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The only downside is that there's no air condition in the rooms. In July the room was so hot, it wasn't comfortable to sleep. We were even told that our room was one of the coolest ones.. Well, the pool helped a little, since the water was cold. Extra bed needs to be opened by the guest. Understand it from the staff point of view, but should be ready when they know the room has been booked with extra bed.

This was a good hotel and what you could expect from a Scandic. Okay breakfast with the most necessary things, but a lot of kids running around in the restaurant. The high chairs for small kids were dirty, even though the staff collected them after each use. The room as very warm with no AC. Luckily there were fans. Easy to travel with car to Kolmården and close to large supermarkets. But quite a way from the city centre. VERY comfortable beds!

Old tired hotel.Looks like 80.Stay somewhere else .The money you pay should get u a better hotel like the comfort Hotel.Dont stay here if u have another choice

The hotel experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities. The absence of essential facilities like a fridge in the room was particularly inconvenient, especially for those needing to store perishable items or medications. Moreover, the lack of a mini-bar and tea or coffee maker meant there were no immediate refreshments available, forcing guests to rely entirely on external sources or wait until specific service hours. For a comfortable stay, these basic amenities are expected, and their absence made the experience far less enjoyable than it could have been.

There is a so much friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. the building and rooms is not so new but very clean and comfortable. elevator is not accessible to all floors! very easy and big parking and near to a fast charging station.
