I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Nottingham Castle Marina and had a fantastic experience, particularly thanks to the excellent service in the restaurant. The staff member who served me (Shazeen) was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They were efficient, polite, and had a great sense of humour, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The food itself was delicious—well-cooked, fresh, and served promptly. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. But what really stood out was the outstanding service in the restaurant. Shazeen was one of the workers who served me, and truly made my stay that much better—thank you! Would definitely recommend this Premier Inn and will be returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was well located for our needs with ample parking and good choice of eateries nearby. The canal walk nearby was very pleasant and enabled us to get to all the areas we wanted to visit. We both slept well, a testament to their comfy bed.

Just arrived home following a two nights stay. We usually stay in a premier inn in the city centre. We stayed in room 11 which is on the ground floor. Check in was ok room was ok. Had a couple of slight issues which were easily rectified once spoke to reception, the issues were that there was no extra pillows in the room, they dropped off additional pillows within 5 minutes of us asking. The only other concern was that they curtains didn’t have enough hooks to hold them up or shut them properly. We let the desk know when we were leaving Saturday morning and when we returned they were fixed. Rooms as a newer Premier Inn hotel. Bed was perfect as as usual. Perfect nights sleep for both my husband and I.

Had a good stay. Good food in the restaurant. Service was excellent from the staff. Porsche, Lydia, AK, and Niamh. Very friendly and made us all welcome. Explained about what offers they had and also had a quiz given after the meal which was a bit of fun. Would recommend based on the hospitality alone. Fair play 👍

Really lovely and amazing great staff lovely rooms and restaurant food was lovely. Close to everything and local shops close including Lidl and b&m and Sainsbury’s. Looking forward to the refurb , will be even better with such fantastic team.

50th Birthday weekend in Nottingham. The hotel was perfect as it's only a short walk along the canal from the centre of town, perfect to get to all the sights. Supermarket and petrol station on your doorstep too. Staff were friendly and helpful and the ood was excellent.

The hotels area is lovely, the free car park is great. The new body wash is a good improvement. The lady on reception was really great, very cheerful and always had a smile on her face, didn’t catch her name but the pregnant lady on Friday night.

Decent hotel, clean and quiet. Lucy on reception was wonderful, easy check in and could go to her if I had any problems. We were missing towels in both our rooms but Lucy apologised and sorted it quickly. Went to the restaurant for drinks and had good service from barmen too.
