Our room had a sunken staircase leading to our room, and I was a bit worried about falling when I came back from a late-night bathroom break. The Wi-Fi was spotty."

"I booked a fairly large room on the second floor with a view of the church and street across the street. The furniture and curtains felt a bit old-fashioned, which I didn't like. The floorboards also creaked when I walked on them. On the day of check-in, they said the elevator was broken and didn't help with my luggage; luckily, I tried the elevator myself and finally got it upstairs. The breakfast was decent, with a buffet of drinks, bread, yogurt, and snacks, and you could also order eggs and a full English breakfast."
