Very poor service!!! My daughter booked a room though agoda at 8:30pm on the train from Liverpool, when she arrived Nottingham and went to the hotel at 11pm and nobody in the reception, she waited 1 hour until midnight still no any staff come in, I try to call hotel number and only voice mail and left the message, finally someone pick up the phone and said the latest check in time was 10pm, I said there is no any information said the reception closed at 10pm in the email or confirmation, he was argued it should showing on the booking and I should call agoda to solve the problem, he can't send anyone back to hotel to help, fine, I attached the picture to let everyone know there is no any notice about reception close at 10pm, and I'm very worry about my daughter waiting in the reception along near 1am and still doesn't know where she can stay!
