If there is a heaven for bikers, it is this place. Well located as starting point for many famous tours, like the Sella Ronda, Nina and her her family makes everyone welcome. The staff is very attentive and extremely friendly - they make you feels like coming coming after a full day of riding. Ample covered space is provided for the bikes - you can high pressure wash, check tire pressure and refill oil. The rooms are modern, nice and clean. Wellness area consists out of a sauna, steam bath and indoor swimming pool with indoor and outdoor relax area. All modern and well taken care of. We spent three nights on our motorbike tour through Switzerland, Italy and Austria and it was by far the best hotel. We had dinner included and it was totally worth it - food was a blast every night. The only bad thing I can remember from our stay was the fact that we left the Hotel to continue our trip. I wish we stayed longer ….. We are definite planning to come back and I can only recommend it. We have been here for motorbiking and there was a nice community there with us, which was a bonus on top. But we also saw non motorbikes in the hotel - a very mixed and relaxed community from multiple different countries. The staff speaks German, Italian and English.

I ordered and paid for 2 rooms on the garden side with air conditioning, I got a room on the street side without air conditioning. The hotel promised me a discount and voucher, but I haven't received anything to date. Not even an answer to my complaint! Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend nella camera Nuova Luna. L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente per visitare Bolzano, il lago di Carezza o sciare nel comprensorio di Obereggen. Ha una bellissima spa con piscina, sauna e bagno turco. La camera e la struttura sono molto pulite e profumate e il personale molto attento e gentile. Ottima anche la colazione e la cena nel servizio mezza pensione con piatti interessanti. Un ottimo soggiorno!

Avrei dato 5 stelle, ma credo che ci siano piccoli margini di miglioramento. Il posto è molto bello, il personale gentilissimo e i servizi molto buoni. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una suite e forse qualcosina manca: i prodotti del bagno potrebbero essere migliori e ci si aspetterebbe di trovare un bollitore. La spa è bella e ampia, ci sarebbe il posto per un'ulteriore sauna e soprattutto nella terrazza solarium si potrebbe mettere una vasca idromassaggio visto che il posto non manca. Per ultimo, direi che forse offrire la cena a menù fisso per un hotel a 4 stelle non è il massimo, sarebbe preferibile avere una scelta. Per fortuna il cibo è ottimo e la colazione favolosa.Con piccole accortezze sarebbe senza dubbio un resort di lusso.
