Несколько раз останавливались с семьёй. Отличная гостиница. Удобное расположение. Чистые, удобные номера. Очень вежливый персонал, всегда старается помочь в решение любого вопроса. Вкусные и не дорогие завтраки. Есть беплатная парковка.

Достойная и при этом недорогая гостиница. Персонал на ресепшен дружелюбный и отзывчивый, заселили без проблем, даже разрешили оставить вещи в камере хранения, т.к. мы приехали раньше заселения. Номер уютный, никаких претензий по чистоте и комфорту. Расположение тоже без нарекания, до набережной минут 20 пешком по довольно интересному маршруту: площадь Республики, здание сельхозакадемии со шпилем, бульвар Ефремова... Пройти им хотя бы раз стоит ради знакомства с городом. А если нужно куда-то ехать - рядом остановка автобуса. При отеле расположен свой, очень достойный ресторан, что очень удобно, если вечером неохота куда-либо идти.

Мне гостиница понравилась. Отталкивались больше от нашего пешеходного маршрута, чтобы было удобно. Персонал встретил радушно, номер чистый и светлый, сантехника вся исправная. Плюс включены завтраки, что тоже немаловажно.

Гостиница хорошая. Чистый номер, с видом на улицу. Можно спать с открытыми окнами, лихачей нет. Недалеко набережная. Напротив кафе "ПИР". Парковка электросамокатов возле входа. Стены номера звук не пропускают. Завтрак - шведский стол. Готовят при тебе яичницу или кашу. Куча сладостей к чаю, салаты, омлет, фрукты...Все очень доброжелательные, никакого дискамфорта.

Добрый день.Приезжали в отель на выходные несколько раз,все устраивало:расположение,уборка,завтраки,но в крайний раз была неприятно удивлена.муж пока ждал когда я соберусь сгрыз пакетик орешков из минибара,названивали неделю,пока я была не в сети,чтобы мы возместили ущерб гостинице🤣возместили конечно,но мелочность меня просто поразила.нашли замену неподалёку за ту же цену и уровнем выше👋

С экскурсионной группой заселились в гостиницу 5.08.23г..Мы побывали в раю!!!! Отличная гостиница, доброжелательный и очень внимательный персонал. В номерах чистота и уют. Завтрак в ресторане просто на 5+. Не хотелось уезжать... Спасибо всем сотрудникам.

Гостиница очень уютная, персонал вежливый и приветливый. Все отлично. Но присутствует но...... Служба бронирования отказывается работать с клиентами если вы выезжаете из гостиницы раньше срока в силу уважительных обстоятельств. Деньги за не оказанные услуги не возвращают. Осадок остался не приятный.
