This is about heavy snowfall, storms, fallen trees and lack of safe access, as confirmed by the official RCB alerts and the 2nd degree of risk, especially with his wife and two young children. Despite informing the service of this situation, the hotel has not shown any good will at all, and I have not been offered to return money or even change the booking date (although one day later, for which I was fully open). "The stay in Hotel Czarny Potok was beyond great, we stayed for 3 days during weekend. The first thing I want to mention is great and friendly staff, which checked us in quickly and promptly. They gave us instructions on how to get into our room and after told us everything about the hotel complex and the activities you can do. Regarding the comfort and accommodation the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We only had breakfast in cost of our accommodation, I want to mention the variaty of the breakfast, there is a chef who will cook infront of you, numerous of tables filled with great food, so everyone can find something they like. The hotel also has number of restaurant for lunch and dinner, which we also tried and were really satisfied with the service and food. SPA is one of the highlights of the hotel, there are multiple of pools with saunas. The only negative thing is if you are in first building there is lots of walking you have to do in order to get to the SPA. The surroundings of the hotel are mostly nature and you fell really good. We also tried outdoors minigolf which is a great activity you can do in free time. Overall if you want to stay for couple of days you will not get bored easily. I definitely recommend. "

"In your advertising description you say 4 stars luxury hotel … ;) I arrived there I saw total mess in a parking,was a cars parked in a grass,on side walk,in both side in front of hotel that was very difficult to pass also by walk,I thought it’s realy strage see it in fancy hotel. I came with new fancy car I had to park in front of one gate of garage that was forbidden to parked,the receptionist told me park there don’t worry,yes I didn’t worry other cars in the evening parked back to me so I can’t moved out my car. I had to much good expectations for have the good serwice in this “luxury hotel” in 2023 reception didn’t speak English I was lucky my fiancé translated,I tryed to ordered coffe on the bar in front of reception,the receptionist told me to go down in a restaurant becouse in a bar no body,after 20 minuts waited in a restaurant downstairs no body showed up so we had to go up again in a reception for ask the help for search the Barman,finally her found same body that was able to did worst coffe that I had in my life ok she probably was not barman … I expected that suite,at 16:30 was ready and cleaned up,when check in had to start at 15 ,unfortunately again problem suite was not ready,I went out to hotel for a walk,i recived sms from reception that room was ready after 17 is unacceptable for the room that cost almost 700 pln. The Suite it’s very nice bit old fashion,big size 2 bathrooms complete,one with jacuzzi comfy bed smart tv and balcony. Restaurant is not a la carte receptionist offer buffet in a restaurant,but honestly I don’t like so I had to go out to find right place for eat,close to hotel is fully good restauratants fortunately. Breakfast in a morning is not for 4 stars hotel,its very poor and again there was serwice problem,did not follow the customers,the products finished not replace it, I had to search them employee in kitchen for replace juice and milk for coffe machine that had also incredible line,becouse no body can use it without milk. I thought there is same managers here no body care of it.Probably not. I didn’t try to used serwice of pool and spa for not have other funny adventures. There is the club in a floor -1 so if you want relax before to 23 there is no chance so better came back after this time. Total mess in a check out in a reception,again mistake with invoice, I had realy enough,I didn’t want loose other time for few money and stay longher there,I decided to payed it and move fast out to other hotel for next couple of days,this was the best decision,I was lucky that I booked only one night. One of the most important things in luxury hotel is the quality of serwice if you pretend to be fancy hotel,you have to provide it but here it’s total missing.
