Tagore Harbor Hostel

Toda Port is an old fishing port, so it's a place that people who don't fish can't relate to. The surrounding shops are all old, retro Showa-era shops, and you never know if they're open or not. In such a place, you'll find Tagore, a stylish cafe renovated from an old house. When you enter the shop, there are foreigners there, and it feels like you're in a foreign country. Check-in is a modern method of scanning a QR code with your smartphone and entering your customer information. As you would expect from a renovated old house, the rooms have antique-style furniture, wooden floors, and creaking sounds when you walk on them. It's irresistible for those who like retro. The view from the room shows various views in the morning, afternoon, and evening. So you can kill time just by staring at the view from the room. The staff were all very friendly and it was a great family trip. I would definitely like to stay at this inn again.
